Why isn't EVERY season 2 of the Cosby show being released on DVD like every other"most-viewed", award-winning show in the world? And the response that "there is not market for it", is simply UNTRUE. If there was a market for it when it was on television,then there CERTAINLY is a market for it NOW on DVD...and even more so, because viewers who were too young to enjoy it then, can also enjoy it now! It's the greatest sitcom of all times. This is the way a true family should be. The sitcoms today do compare to The Cosby Show. Bill Cosby is a great man!

I enjoy watching the Cosby show and as a parent of a 7 year old girl I am concerned about the images my daughter views on TV. I want her to see positive images of African-American families rich with tradition and love, without having to be exposed to sex or ungodly values. I love seeing my wife and daughter cuddling together on the couch watching the Cosby show. I purchased season 1 on DVD and I will purchase season 2. Thank you Mr. Cosby for giving this father and huband am image that money cannot buy. I am looking forward to the release of season 3.

I think all of the seasons of Cosby shouls be out, that's part of our black history, we shouldn't even need a petition for something of so much substance and quality.

The Cosby Show is one of the greatest sitcoms of all time because it portrays how an African-American family is supposed to be. Bill Cosby happens to be one of my role models because of the influence he has made to the black community over the past few years. The last think we need is a sitcom that uses constant bad language, sexual content, and gross-out humor so let's convince them to release seasons 2-8 out on DVD so we can show everybody that family-friendly sitcoms could still be the thing out there.
