I grew up watching "Pete and Pete", and I can tell you, I wouldn't be who I am today if I never saw it. Thanks Mom for showing it to me. Now c'mon and get that 3rd Season out PLEASE!!!
how can you just release the first two seasons and then scrap the third. i will forever look down upon paramount unless justice is achieved and season 3 is released on dvd.
Pete and Pete was one of those great shows that slipped under the radar of main stream America and lives in the hearts of those who have laid glimpse to Artie, Petunia, Ellen,Wellsville and Endless Mike.
The stories are timeless and it really appeals to all age groups.
The adventures of pete and pete was part of the foundation of thousands of growing children in the 90's. Its true to life topics mixed with the fantastical imagination of both petes, only mirrored that of most of its viewers perspectives. plus how can you deny us Pit Stain, by far the best most maniacle of all supervillains.
I thought Pete and Pete was better than most of the shows on so-called "regular TV" and it was hilarious without being stupid. It was intelligently written and well-acted and a show to be remembered, not placed on the scrap heap never to be seen again.
Please release Season 3 - FOR THE SAKE OF PETE AND PETE FANS EVERYWHERE!!!

Please, please release the season 3. Not to insult the programming of the present for Nickelodeon, but this series was one of the last examples of the true genius shown on Nickelodeon. It was a series that was truly great television and amazingly it was a kids show.
One of my all time favorite (not just kids0 shows! Please do whatever needs doing (copyrights,tech problems,whatever) and get this release out. If Paramount doesn't think they'd make enough money they should check out the number of signers on the petition on the Nick website. Make it and they will buy it! I'm in my 50's - I'd like this for my kids (15,13 & 9), many neices and nephews, as well as for myself. Please!!!
what kind of sick joke was it to cancel the release of season three? you can't give us two thirds of this ingenious show and then cut us off. i think it's safe to say that we'd ALL appreciate the much anticipated completion of the collection. oh, and did anyone else read the article on pete and pete in filter magazine a few months ago? flawless.
come on don't torture us by releasing the first two seasons and not the third.. pete & pete is truly a gem in my heart.....now release the 3rd season NOW!!!!
When I was younger, Pete and Pete was always my favorite show. I would watch episodes and reruns over and over again because they were all so amazing. When I heard that it was being released on a DVD set, I was ecstatic. I could not be happier. But then I heard that Season 3 would not be released after the first two, and I was heart broken. Please release season 3 so that one day I may be able to pass this amazing show down to my children and let them have the opportunity to enjoy a truely genuine show.
Please release Season Three. Why would you leave your adoring fans with an incomplete set? you could always release limited quantities and if they sell out make more! That way you'll be sure not to lose a bunch of money, although I doubt you would anyway!
To me this is one of the greatest tv show of all time and I'm now 19 years old. What was the point of releasing the first two seasons if your not going to release the third?
