It is insane that the third and final season has never been released! Nick sucks these days. Pete and Pete is what made Nick great. I'm sure Nick wouldn't be hurt byl losing a little money and putting Season 3 out on dvd!
i neeed the episode where teddy forsman sleeps over at the wrigley's and they have the mexican fiesta and teddy says, 'this deodorant is amazing! it like a pine forest in my armpit!' yesss. and for pete's sake! save that girl with the brain tumor in signature 3372!
At this point I would pay well over what it should cost just to bring an end to the saga of pete and pete. I loved and still love that show from my childhood. I want to revisit that feeling when ever I want. Not having to think that there is any part of the show that I can't see.
This is a very unfortunate mishap. Even if paramount pictures in coalition with cbs, had their president step down, which caused the season 3 dvd of pete and pete to be delayed/canceled, why pass up a magnificent chance to made a killling on dvd sales? it makes no sense, and leaves us classic nickelodeon fans in the dirt with no 3rd season dvd to go along with our 1's and 2's. :( please release it!
Honestly. The fact that we even have to fight for this is just insane. It's the last one. Just put it out, even if just in limited release, and end this misery already.
This was the greatest show on nickelodeon, it reminds me of my yesteryear and i get the writing more now than i ever did. Please do us all a favor and release the final season.
I purchased the first two seasons for nostalgia, but even now at 19, I don't just love this show because it is a part of my childhood, but because it is truely a beautiful portrayal of the mythos of americana. It is a series that respects the duality of inate wisdom as well as naive wonder in it's youth audience and I hope to evetually enjoy it in it's entirety when season 3 is released.
