Whilst I'm not going to offer any irrational hyperbole such as having a "right" to own a season three DVD, I will say that in an an age where there are numerous ways to market and release content to an audience there must be some way for a multinational like viacom to deliver this product risk-free (profit wise) to it's fans.

I think it would b an absolute disgrace to not release this DVD when the other 2 seasons have already come out. Pete & Pete fans should have a right to own the whole collection. I for one can't live without knowing that I may never see the episode "The trouble with Teddy" again where he delieves the classic line about corn saying that it was called Maize because it tastes A-MAIZE-ing!
