This petition calls for the immediate ejection of all illegal immigrants from the United States. Furthermore, the United States will no longer permit illegal immigrants to remain in country for any period of time, regardless of circumstance or consequence.

It also calls for the reform of Immigration Laws and Policies regarding the protection of its borders.
Our immigration laws must be backed by enforcement that passes jurisdiction down to State and City levels. This ensures communities have proper authority to deal with offending individuals at the Federal level without having to call in Federal authorities. They merely turn these individuals over to Federal authority for processing and prosecution. This process is immediate with no grace periods. Legal entry into the United States must be made more rigid to circumvent those who wish to take advantage of immigration laws. This would establish who is allowed into our country, what their intentions are and for how long they would remain in the United States.

If found guilty of entering the U.S. illegally, any property, assets or possessions would seized and would become the distinct property of the United States, State or City Municipalities. These assets would then be distributed, auctioned or absorbed for the costs of legal fees and processing for the return of the individual(s) back to their native soil.

The majority of U.S border miles, 4,000 northern and 1,952 southern borders are predominantly unsecured. Stricter measures must be taken to ensure the security of the United States. This includes enlisting the use of military force to add to the already burdened and shorthanded government agencies. Ignoring the process of securing our borders negates any legislation regarding illegal immigration and the sanctity of a secure nation.

These measures, while controversial, will ensure the security, welfare and domestic tranquility of the United States and its Citizens. It will send a clear message to all that wish to violate federal laws regarding immigration.
