If I; Howardmeis, make below a B- on my semester grade I am hence forth grounded for 9 weeks, or until the next report card is issued. Grounding means taking away all computer equipment which has been built by Howardmeis by hand, and for the most part paid for 100% out of his own pocket. This also restricts Howardmeis's ability to improve schoolwork since he would no longer have internet connections other than school internet usage which blocks over 90% of internet research sites, and using the library computers which have a 30 minute time limit for usage, and a 5 page printing limit, and he would also have no forms of processing documents. Therefore this petition is being created in hopes of raising enough "signitures" to reverse this in exchange for a more adept punishment.
