This is the only way to wake up all Americans to what really happened to our electoral system, and why it MUST be put right, consistent in all states, counties and precincts. It must be transparent and provide a paper trail. Only YOU can make this happen. We depend on you to stand up for our democratic ideals. Please don't let us down again.
Unlike the crooks in the WhiteHouse, statistics rarely lie. The exit polls and the statistical irregularities point toward fraud. This cannot be allowed to stand.

IT WAS A CRIME what happened to African American Voters in Ohio. That was shameful, unchristian and immoral.
The right to vote is fundamental to our democracy. Clearly many Americans did not have that right on Nov. 2, whether due to non-counted, our inaccurately counted votes, or voter suppression. By refusing to certify the vote on Jan. 6, you will help to prevent these violations of our democracy from being ignored.
I heard a rumor that you, Senator Boxer, said that you want to see the numbers of your constituents before going foward and standing with Senator Conners in regards to these shameful and outrageous acts. That's like a cop seeing a crime and saying I'm not going to do anything unless a few citizens want me to...... is it too much paperwork?
If/when several of you who are senators stand up to question this election and refuse to certify it, hope for democracy will return to millions of the constituents you serve.
When exit polls match results in Ukraine we are not surprised... and yet we cannot say the same of Ohio. What does that say about the quality of democracy in the United States? Before you certify any national elections in the United States, please make sure they are at least as democratic as those in Ukraine.
If I am not to completely lose confidence in our American system, it is vital that you, Senator Levin, refuse to ratify the 2004 election results. I believe the 2000 election was stolen, that the Supremem Court in effect, appointed a president, who, incidentally, in my view, is doing the opposite of spreading peace throughout the world or making the world safe from terrorism, and has bullied our country into a downward spiral in several ways.
I was challenged on the basis of being a first time
voter. The was utterly false. A check of Board of Election records showed that I had voted in the prior general election. My wife, who resides at thwe same address, was not challenged. She is a registered Republican.
If the Democratic Party ever has any hope of winning back disenfranchised voters who have gone over to politicians who will put their money where their mouths are (Walt Brown, Ralph Nader, David Cobb, etc.) then you had best start acting responsibly for once. You have the power to do what is right and have it make a difference and yet, time and time again, you have been found in derelection of your duties. The Democrats have sold out the anti-war movement, the environmentalist movement, the anti-corporate globalization movement, the pro-choice movement, and now, it appears that you have become so similar to Republicans that your own party is imploding for lack of relevance. I urge you to follow the example of Dennis Kucinich and work to reclaim the left rather than going the standard Amerikan political route of peppering your speeches with nationalist rhetoric and lining your pockets with corporate contributions.
Too many of us doubt that the president was lawfully elected. This hurts our country and democracy in the world. Please do something to insure that our votes are counted fairly.
One of the statements the US makes and notes as one of the strengths, is that we have the right to choose our leaders. With this voting process, we have not done that.
We did not elect Bush the first time... we have not voted him in this time either.
I ask you to defend our democracy by voting NO on the confirmation of the Ohio vote. Our soliers are dying for DEMOCRACY in Iraq while our own democracy hangs by a thread, or should I say a chad.....
How do the leaders of the Democratic Party expect people to support the party, when the leadership won't do it themselves? If you want to have a Democratic Party in 2006, 2008, etc., STAND UP AND FIGHT NOW.
An honest election process is the basic cornerstone of our democracy. Since millions of American do not believe the 2004 vote was honest, democracy is in great jeopardy. Our elected officials MUST stand up to question allegations of fraud, fully investigate, and have the courage to defend our democracy. Without this, the government lacks legitimacy and credibility.
If you're not going to contest this election, then when would you ever? There should be no question that 1) extensive fraud is evident by normal international standards (exit polls?) and 2) your careers are not secure whether you take a stand or do not take a stand. We need to go on record NOW to protest the lack of clarity and confidence in this vote.
The Ohio recount was a charade! How can we call ourselves a democracy when we can't even examine our own irregularities honestly and transparently? Please, Senators, we are counting on you. Don't let us down this time.
Please properly validate the election results before certifying it. Look at Washington State as one example of how election results need to be double checked. Thank you.
Four years ago, no Senator joined the Representatives who challenged the Florida electors. That was a sad day for America. I hope that we will do better this time.
We, the people, at the very least deserve for these issues to be discussed on the record in the halls of Congress. Won't you join with Rep. Conyers et. al. and at least have a discussion about this, instead of just signing off on another fraudulent election?
If you cannot find it in your souls to do the right thing and protest this second fraudulent Presidential election, then people like me will leave the country in droves. No one will be left to vote for you. The election process is essential to the continuation of democracy here in America. The allegations of fraud are too serious to let it pass in silence. Please do not certify this election.
Please fairly and objectively investigate the voter fraud and election tampering that has been reported and evidenced. If this goes uninvestigated, we as a nation will further sink into a fascist state with a democratic mask. Please protect our rights and our nation by calling for and enacting an investigation. I also believe that the more fascist our nation becomes, the less international respect we will have, and thus we will become more vulnerable to attack without allied protection. And without sound ethical infrastructure, our nation will continue on this greedy, self-destructive course. Please investigate all forms of election tampering! Thank you Senators all.
I'm 49 and have voted in every election since I was able. I no longer have any confidence that my vote counts in any way.
PLEASE do not certify this election until all of the questions have been answered. We can not hold ourselves up as the beacon of democracy when their is clear evidence of voter intimidation and fraud and we do nothing.

Your support is necessary or the truth of the 2004 election will never be brought to light. In the past election fraud has been tolerated in the U.S. because it was believed to be at a level that did not significantly effect the outcome of elections. That is no longer the case after getting away with election fraud in 2000 that the Supreme Court allowed to determine the presidency it is obvious that fraud is now considered the way to control the outcome of elections. Honest elections will not occur in the US unless you are brave enoughto stand up and demand them. Now.

I am convinced from all I have read that on top of fraud and intimidation and other dirty tricks, the Bush people rigged the electronic voting machines in Ohio and perhaps Florida as well to switch votes from Kerry to Bush.
My husband, a veitnam vet with two purple hearts was a falsely challenged voter. He lives at the same address as I do and has voted in the same elections at the same precint as myself. Yet his right to vote was challenged. Why him, not me? He is a registered Democrat. I am a Republican
