The rise of Facism is alarming. We need someone to take a stand for Democracy here in the U.S.A. It is obvious that elections are a sham. Please do the right thing a oppose this attrocity and stolen election.
I don't have much faith in the Democratic party. Given how quickly they gave up the presidency the last two elections, it's incredible to imagine action on this front. But for the sake of democracy and the future of our country, please consider this petition.
Let the chips fall, but challenge this very flawed election and determine where it is in error. They did it in Ukraine and revoted. If need be, we can do the same.
As a veteran and an american who did his time in the middle east in 89/90 . Iwish to know if I fought for the freedom to know how our country is run why so many people are trying to keep the american people from finding out the truth . What did I fight for so that so that the goverment can tell me what to believe . I sorry to say that most seniors can see and know the truth . The only ones the goverment is fooling is themselves .If the truth shall set you free why does our govermentn hide it from its citizens . Honest men do not have to hide the facts or stop them from being found unless they are afraid. An american has spoken .
Please do not let this election be a re-run of 2000. The American people deserve to have their senators defend their right to free and fair elections. Your duty is to investigate all reports of fraud and prove beyond a doubt that our electoral rights are intact.
As I was personally present only minutes after some of the vote manipulation occurred in Ohio, I feel obligated to ask you to register an appropriate objection.

As one of your constituents, I implore you to challenge the results of this election. I voted for you based on your platform of doing what is in the best interest of the people you represent. For you to sit by and allow the allegations of rampant fraud to go without further investigation, is not in anyone's best interest. While challenging President Bush might not be a very popular thing to do in DC these days, it will certainly assure you my vote for the rest of your political career.
In order to have a democracy the people must continue to fight for it -- this effort to make every vote count is part of that fight. And this is a call for you to make YOUR power as elected officials count!
We are your constituants, we are the voters and we would want our voice to be heard. If our vote doesnt count then why vote, why not just be a dictatorship. I'm sure Bush can take lessons from Saddam, Osama or his other friends. Now the corrupt election is filtering to other countries like the Ukrain. Politics is corrupt obviously serving the rich, the white and the christian. There are others out here wich are not any of the above; however, we do vote.
Please allow time to investigate these charges of voter fraud and problems with the electronic voting machines. Our democracy depends on fairness. We can't let this slide.

The past election still needs to prove that there was absolutely no fraudulent activity that occurred. Until this happens, do NOT certify the electoral college vote. I teach college students. They have lost faith in our system. Only a full recount, an open, transparent and honest system of voting can restore their faith. Please, make sure our elections are fair.

I would like to see at least one senator show the integrity that was lacking in the 2000 election. To watch representative after representative contest the election, and not one senator with the courage to do the same was a dismal moment in our history. Shame on all of you.

The 2004 election was stolen. As a matter of honor, you must refuse to certify this election. DO NOT let the evil history of the 2000 election go repeated without a challenge.
As a patriot and a loyal American citizen, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the results of the November 2004 election. As I am sure you are aware, the 'alternative' press, as well as many politically orietned internet sites are abuzz with about 60,000 reports of election fruad, vote irregularity, vote tampering and voters' suppression. The problems had been widely seen in Ohio especially in democrats concentrated counties. Our democracy and citizens' voting rights are at high stake. PLEASE, DON'T TURN YOUR HEADS AWAY. Remember how you have got to the place you are now! We believed in your ethics and conviction to do the right things for the country and for the people and therefore we elected you to represent us. Please stand up to contest the votes on Jan 6 to defend our democracy.

The overwhelming evidence of fraud and voter suppression in Ohio is a crises of monumental proportions for our nation and our democracy. Please stand up for democracy and the integrity of the people's vote by contesting the Ohio electors on January 6th.
A vote won by suppression, intimidation and fraud should not be certified. We have seen ample evidence of suppression of Black voters in Ohio and other states, probably enough to swing the election in Kerry's favor. Stand up for an investigation. There has never been a more important time.

It is imperative that you Senators speak up and stand up for fair elections. The Ohio election returns reported are, at best, questionable! Please stand up for democracy!! No senator did when there was such turmoil about the 2000 Florida debacle; the result was that the Supreme Court made the decision!!! A travesty in our beloved and supposedly democratic country.
A free, fair, verifiable election is the basis of our democracy. Please stand up for democracy and do not certify the election on January 6, 2005. The discrepancies, accounts of vote fraud, vote suppression, and voter intimidation are too many to ignore.
