Shawn Lee Hindman was arrested in 1993 and agreeded to a plea which gave him 30 years. He was 17 years old at the time of this crime. He admits to his crime and has become a changed man. He has given his life over to the Lord and wants nothing more than to come home to his family and use his faith to help others. Shawn is not the same person he was when he was 17 years old.
His lawyer was Richard Alley, a man who has been punished several times by the state bar as well as other courts. This man did not represent Shawn the way he should have.
