We need to round up details of residents who live in the Shek O village area who would like to see the TNR program started up in this district.

Shek O has an ongoing stray cat & dog population. Hundreds of kittens and puppies are found, along Shek O road. Most of them get run over, attacked by other animals, left to starve, or just left to run wild and reproduce by the masses yet again. There is no TNR program there at present, so it's just a vicious cycle.

The SPCA need to gain support firstly from the community of Shek O in order to present the names to AFCD for their approval. In order for the SPCA to advertise for Cat Colony Carers for this area and to set up the traps, the residents of Shek O Village need to fully support this program and we need to be able to provide this information to the government.
