SK prices are silly, we still have SK 1, we need one more for our contact purpose while we are at work in case of emergency and we can't even afford to get another SK meanwhile SK 1 is not upgradeable that SK 2 has the feature to upgrade which is unfair. Please keep the prices lower so we all can feel comfy of having SK which is reliable in deaf community. We can't use cellphone cuz most of us can't hear so we rely on SK for communication.

Verizion have a data plan for only 49.99
Cingular has two data plan
blackberyy 49.99amd treo 650 44.99
Tmobile have the lowest data only plan at 29.99 and right now t mobile have rebates for sidekick2 and get 1 cent back wow those who complaining about money better use this opportunity and get 1 cent back check around you will see t mobile is the lowest data only plan stop this stupid petition !!!
I support this petition. Also Why not get family share discounts like three for one price so Deaf people can communicate with their hearing family and friends via text msgs as well like the Verizon plan!

No go get a real job if you compare rates with other carriers they charges 3 times more than t mobile and include minutes t mobile is the only carrier that fit our needs if money is the issue then dont buy it or get a real job !!
I support this petition. The reason is bec there are very limite option for all of us as deaf people. Alot of hearing people especially my friends got very good deal with new phone and only have same number. Sidekick is the one of few top option but price for device and the price for upgrade is TOTALLY out of mind! Because of this cost, I'm stuck with Sidekick I. What's more, both has the same function! Please look in your heart to give us great deal.
I support this petition. It's because my boyfriend refused to purchase Tmobile Sidekick2 are not the same as hearing people get better deal than deaf people.. I tried to force him to purchase this still don't like how the Tmobile having problem single G all the times.. He refused and told all his friends are NOT good deals..
I support this petition because when it comes to being a loyal customer of T-Mobile for 3 years, I feel that I deserve the credit. My husband and I both have sidekick II. What's disappointing is that T-Mobile offers deep discounts for hearing customers of two phones for $39.99 a month (or something like it). I called TMobile, wishing to have the same offer for both sidekicks and kept telling me, "We're working on it."
Hearing people get the huge advantage of discounts while deaf people are paying approx. $40 a month for service.

Then I am going for Canada's FIDO HIPTOP 2 - EXACTLY same with TMobile Sidekick 2.
FIDO HIPTOP 2 includes both Canada & US while TMobile only limits for the US only.
FIDO HIPTOP 2 only costs $200 CDN, 2 yrs agreement, $20 CDN unlimited data.
$20 + $6.?? for taxes, insurance, service etc total around almost $27 CDN monthly for service !!!!!!
I will consider to go for FIDO rather than TMOBILE !! TMobile a RIP OFFFFFFFFFFF !!
I think that the deaf community want to feel pity when it comes to getting a job. I know plenty of DEAF people who have gotten great jobs & are successful. Those of you that are saying it's hard, it's because you make it hard & don't really want to work! As of bad credits that SOME deaf people tend to have, it's because they are not responsible to pay their bills on time; therefore, they end up with bad credits. I do agree that while other providers offer better discounts on upgrading their device that T-Mobile should do the same. Thank god I'm NOT a T-Mobile customer since they couldn't provide me with the best possible customer service.
