I support this petition. Sidekick11 is good but does not cover rural places where many deaf people live. i live far away from freeway and large city and have no signal.we need more towers to reach many people.many small towns in Michigan does not have good signal strength for Sidekickll or other text pagers. i hope that t-mobile make an effort to build more towers quickly.
I support this petition. T-Mobile is not being fair to deaf. We never get "buy one get one free" deals or are able to hear on the radio that gas is cheaper at a gas station in town. We can't take advantage of a good deal because we can't hear. Now you want to take the best thing in our life and raise the cost. If my sidekick quits then I will quit too. will not buy yours go to blackberry instead.

For many years deaf people never had phones until they got their first TTYs to communicate with people (hearing or deaf)...Now, our turns to be equal to the hearing world...We, deaf people are tired of being oppressed by hearing world...Enough!...Now, T*Moblie needs to realize the deaf community that depends on hearing world by using the SideKick pagers...Give us the rights as the same as hearing people enjoy!

Need help with the billing plans since t-mobile didnt make their deaf customers... the law says that all business companies must be fair with all not matter what hearing, deaf, handicapped, blind, etc...
They need to do something better for who cannot afford and help them to have that that way they can afford... even if they are in airplane or somewhere and need to call for emergency before happens to them.. thats important for them to stay in touck with their families and friends.... Think four-wice than twice because if not helping that way who is at the fault and blame for losing their customers than their hearing customers....
also need to help with family plan etc.. why keep costing deaf people with voice mails, etc ummm..... it should also be free too.....

If T-mobile have decided to recude the price of Sidekick I or II, lots of deaf people would be happy to buy it right away and will help T-mobile to become a better Business. I support this petition as many reason why. I have been struggling to get a sidekick 2 and heard in future for sidekick 3 and I just can't image every new tech or upgrade keep adding and the price was pretty high for the device. There no way that I couldn't afford to get one since I have no job of course and only recieve SSI. I have not been happy with SK1 with color since there too many problem with it but heard SK2 that everyone really like them and I really would like to see the change for SK2 or future of sk3 to have a reasonable prices for deaf ppl and to be fair like Hearing ppl have. We all need phone badly enought to contact family, relative and freinds. The minute rate of phone are still high with short of minutes use..also need a better tech for phone use for hard of hearing ppl with ear phone..we cannot use just a small earpart in ur ear for the phone. Like me..I need a better tech for that. THere are many things that Deaf ppl need for the sk2 but not need to have addition cost or anything cuz we really need and use for it. So please think about the comparing of how deaf and hearing buy phone...compare it with the prices how difficult it is. We only have one part that can be use is SK..but with hearing they can do any phone choices with differernt prices and affordable. Sidekick is the only thing that deaf can use cuz it had the things we need but need a better tech with service and pricing also with the earmold phone who is hard of hearing. It also need a better hard vibrate for deaf need. But please we need a good pricing as we need. Many thx...

As far as the hearing pple watch yourself cuz you hearing pple can hear and get a better job and as for us deaf its harder even though we tried our hardest and the best of us. We deaf pple don't pick on hearing pple do why do you hearing pple need to pick on us. We don't ask for Charity and its fair that you hearing pple get a free phone when u buy one so why not for the same as deaf pple. We all live in the same world and there is no contest between deaf pple and hearing pple. For the hearing pple why not try for one week and put on the ear plugs and be like us to see how it feel. Then you'll know how we feel when we can't hear like you hearing pple can. Why fight with us deaf community??

This is true that alot of deaf peoples cant afford to buy SK 1 or 2 and I have always want to get one for myself. I just could not afford to pay the price and then pay monthly when you still have to pay phone bill on regular phone!! Smaller price would have help us alot and your business will blooming!! SidekickII is the most accommodating wireless device for persons with hearing loss. It has signal light that alerts deaf while no other smartphones have. It has excellent other features.

that is true .last time i buy sidekick 1 i almost no money it hard time for me and my wife pay bill miss pay or pay late it add cost we cant afford it it too much for it

I support this petition.This msg for REALITY.. let me tell u something we are not looking for pity we notice that hearing people can afford buy cheap phone why because they dont need the email or aim like for deaf people do ok so sometime hearing people get free cell phone but just pay monthly which is nice we cant never do that because the sk2 is never been free u have to pay 300 something or more depend on it .. to get SK2 is harder that is why most FAMOUS or RAPPER get those SK because they can afford for them think is cheap for us is way too expensive because is the only phone that we can use that able communicate thru aim and email and text msg that 1 of reason why most deaf people use SK2 and yes i agree and support u 100 percent go for it because i have sk1 and i cant get sk2 way too expensive and now my sk1 have plm cant replacement no more because they dont make sk1 anymore so sound unfair when i pay insurance for that so think about it ... i will appreaciase if they do the plan or some discount will b nice then i might well get sk2 after all it real important for me to get in touch wit my kid's school dr's family thru my sk email that how i get in touch wit them .. is real important for me...

I support this petition because Yes It's TRUE all what deaf ppl's message. But One thing problem is It make no sense from Computer AOL customer service who did gave it to deafies FREE AOL MOBILE COMMUNICATOR in 4 years ago?-? Why should T-Mobile or AOL Mobile COMMUNICATOR give it to deafies people a FREE SK2 because All deafies people who can't afford they're on SSI/retirement. They should give all of deafies a chance to build of their life also mine. It is NOT FAIR for US to trying to get two for us for EMERGENCY FAMILY but We've declined 7 times from our bad credit history. Please give us a FREE SK2 for our children/family sakes. I help deaf peoples about sk , I know how they feeling , I support them no matter what , they (hearing peoples ) forget about deaf peoples really need sk 2 , it is very important for them to keep contact for emergency no matter what . Most of things I notice I am very diappiontment that lack of coverages out of county of states . I want to see all deaf peoples need to be happy .
