The Washington Nationals are a Major League Baseball club since 2005 - the year the team moved to DC - has committed to a rebuilding mode for the future. The new ownership, since taking over, has pledged that the organization have a plan in place to build a championship caliber club via draft picks and smart trades to bring in quality young players.

With that said, the Nationals pitching staff of the future is coming to life as we speak, but the rotation will really receive a boost if first pick overall Stephen Strasburg is signed.
