I support this petition. Simply Quilts is an important show to help my wife and I begin our new buisness. We intend on spending over $40,000 in the next year on a long arm machine and supplies. Plus I am building a 1,000 sq. ft. sewing/quilting room for her. You can add another $100,000 for that. I depend on that show for good ideas, advice, and products.

Simply Quilts is one of the few shows readily available to quilters. I believe it would be a programming error on your part to discontinue new shows of Simply Quilts. I strongly endorse this petition to renew Simply Quilts. The quilting community is a strong community of creative and talented people. To discontinue this program will eliminate many viewers from your programs. Your programming should be well balanced among the variety that you carry. Unfortunately, you rely too heavily on home dec programs, which are informative, but not necessary in such abundance. Do not cancel Simply Quilts, is is an informative, educational, and entertaining program about our passion. Don't cancel Simply Quilts. Did you know quilting is a 10 BILLION dollar industry? You have no idea how many of us watch the show. The internet and blogosphere discuss it endlessly. It's the only reason I watch HGTV and then I leave the channel on and watch whatever comes up while I sew. Don't make this big mistake.

I support Simply Quilts show. It is watched by many a quilters. I as one viewer will not watch your channel nearly as much without this show. This show is one reason we expanded our cable selections - so I could ensure a channel that carried Simply Quilts.

I support this petition. HGTV take note! There are over 20 MILLION active quilters in the US and I think you're about to find out how many of us love Alex's show! You have more than enough decorating shows on, we don't need another one. In fact, most of us create our own taste in quilts because we don't like the decorators choices!
