Please allow the show to continue to explore all the exciting new techniques and creative ideas in our industry, and to continue to inspire a new generation of quilters. It would help if it was moved back to a reasonable viewing time in our area as well! (currently 6:30 am) Thanks for your consideration.
I support this petition. Thre are so few quilting shows left on tv. Losing one of the last would be devastating. We depend on the show for new ideas and to meet new quilt enthusiasts such as we are. The Quilters of the world spend a great deal of money to support the industry. Please support us by keeping this show.
I support this petition.There should be more to HGTV than home decoration and renovation! Quilting has been the fastest growing hobby in North America for several years now. Many of us have turned this hobby into a business. We BUY products from your sponsors and many of us donate quilts to charitable causes like Katrina. SIMPLY QUILTS is MORE that just a T.V. show to a large number of people. PLEASE reconsider your decision.
I support this petition. Simply Quilts is the only quilting show I get. HGTV is the channel of choice at my house for daytime tv...if Simply Quilts goes, HGTV will loose at least this viewer.

I support this petition. Definitely!!! I do not watch your home decorating shows, nor anything else you have on. I watch every episode of Simply Quilts. Alex Anderson puts on the most professional, and certainly most varied and USEFUL, quilting shows available to us. I have learned just about everything I know about quilting from Simply Quilts. I purchase books and tools and fabrics based on Simply Quilts. I do not know who is making your decisions over there at HGTV, but quite obviously you know NOTHING about quilting or the quilting industry!! This is a BAD move on your part. KEEP Simply Quilts, not just as reruns. I hope someone over there is paying attention, we are many and we are not pleased.

I know that I and the 141 Bluegrass Quilters I represent are very dissapointed that you are cancelling this show. Apparently HGTV does not realise the following Alex has nor the incredible amount of money spent every year by every quilter. Please reconsider you decision of cancel this show.
Canceling the most popular program that serves an almost $3 billion industry doesn't make sense. Cancel something else if you have to save money, but keep AND EXPAND Simply Quilts and its dedicated audience! THAT'S the smart thing to do.

I appreciate Alex's interest in quilters, her love of quilting, and her interest in seeking answers when she doesn't know the answer. It's refreshing! Please bring Simply Quilts back!!

I support this petition. There is no other quilting show offering the range of quilting techniques and styles on the air. I record this show EVERY day and save quite a few episodes. I go to the website too if I didn't keep the episode and want to remember how to do something.
Simply Quilts is the only daytime show that I TIVO. It is the only nationally syndicated quilting show that has consistent broadcasting, quality information and hosts. Quilting is a passion for millions of American women who are sick of all the design shows. Some are great, but how many times can we tell how someone can unclutter and paint their house to be rewarded by mucho money? Give us a break.
