I support this petition. The only reason I watch HGTV all day is bcause I start out with Simply Quilts in the morning. If it goes off the air I will not watch the TV just listen to the radio.The quilting is what keeps me going.
Not only do I support this petition, Simply Quilts has inspired my niece to join me in the quilting world. Her mother is not at all "crafty" and for Christmas I am giving my niece a sewing machine so that she will not keep asking to borrow mine! Did I mention that my niece is only 11?
I support this petition. Please do not remove Simply Quilts from your schedule. You will lose thousands of TV viewers by removing this show from you programming. Many people turn on the TV each day just to learn from Alex, one of our leaders in the quilting industry!

I would think you could supply your viewers with a well-liked program-Simply Quilts-in lieu of yet another senseless decorating or make-over or organization show. I watch some of those, but Simply Quilts is in a league by itself!!!!! Please reconsider.

I support this petition. Alex's show was the first quilting show to air in New Zealand, it took a long time of petitioning the TV stations before we go it here and it's also the only reason we got Sky (cable)TV in our household - it will be so sad to see it go.

Simply Quilts is one of the reasons I was able to learn to quilt and kept up with it. I've taped most of the shows. We NEED this show....not more do-it-yourself shows. Please hear us....we are many!!!!

I have moved twice in the time and have been in quilting guilds in AZ and GA. All of the many many quilters I know in both states and Florida watch these shows. It is a fine helpful program and would be a great loss to the quilting world and your network if you cancelled it.

Simply Quilts is a wonderful show. It is helping spread the wonderful hobby of quilting with others. I support this petition. My day begins with Alex Anderson on Simply Quilts. I am so sad that this show will not be a part of my everyday life, if you cancel it. I have learned so much from this beautiful lady. She is such an inspiration to myself and everyone else I know that watches her. This is the only quilt show HGTV carries. If you want to get rid of a show for whatever reason, why not drop a type of show that already has eight or ten of the same subject, not this one of a kind show. If you want great ratings, add more quilt shows! You will be making a big mistake getting rid of this show. Life does go on, but it will be sad. Where will I go now for all my answers?
I support this petition. I would be very dissapointed if Alex and her show were not available to us. With this one show, Alex has opened a world of new ideas, techniques and designs to so many. What other resource is available to quilters that is so full of information? If not for this show there would be no reason for me to tune to HGTV. There are only so many home improvement/craft shows one can watch and the ability to watch a good show about a hobby that I love is one of the only reasons I tune in. This show and Alex are a gift and treasure that I fully support. KEEP Simply Quilts on the air!
