I support this petition. This show is my "morning newspaper" and required to start my quilting day off as a longarm quilter for nine years. Please don't take away our daily inspiration!! Without Simply Quilts there is NO reason for me to watch HGTV.

I support this petition. Simply Quilts is an important show to quilters and the quilting industry. My quilt quild is currently at capacity and has a waiting list for new members wanting join. Quilting is growing in popularity...we need more shows like Simply Quilts, not less.

I support this petition. I learned to quilt by watching Simply Quilts. My daughter, at the age of 6, was inspired by Simply Quilts to make her first quilt. She is now 11 and designig quilts. Simply Quilts has inspired many quilters, young and old, and it would be a shame to lose such a resource, and inspiration, for the quilters of today and tomorrow!

I think there should be more good quilting shows on television -- not fewer. I watch this show almost every morning while eating breakfast. Don't you think you already have enough house decorating and remodeling shows? Seems like you would want to keep at least one quilting show.
I support this petition. Simply Quilts has been an important part of my daily routine since I retired in 1999. Why HGTV would discontinue taping the show is unfathomable to me. I have bought MANY books and products as a result of watching the program. Simply Quilts is the only draw for me to watch any of the HGTV programs. Without it, the network will be off my list.
I support this petition. I was awatcing simply quilts this morning with my grandson and he said , "I can make a quilt like that." And this program inspires not only my generation but also the younger generation of quilters to come, so please reconsider and keep Simply Quilts on the air.

Simply Quilts is the only reason I get up in the morning. It is a wealth of information and ideas for a vast quilting public. It would be a grave mistake to cancel it.
I support this petition. I DO SO love this show. Several of my friends have received lap Quilts that were made from my watching Simply Quilts. This is the only show on TV for Quilters which is an old tradition of creating keepsakes and beautiful art work dating back hundreds of years. I realize other forms of entertainment are more profitable for you but there are many young people who are getting interesting in the art of quilting - many men as well as women - my husband also enjoys quilting and took his work and sewing machine with him when he worked out on the road for weeks at a time (as a roofer!)- kept him busy with something creative and enjoyable.
PLEASE do reconsider canceling the show for the many who enjoy and learn so much from it.

I support this petition. There is very little available for fiber artists on television. Alex Anderson's show presents nationally known personalities demonstrating their craft in a concise, entertaining way. It would be a shame to cancel this program. It is one of the few programs I really enjoy on HGTV.
