I support this petition. This woman and her show is an international icon in the quilting world. It is incredible that you would consider cancelling this when there is such a huge following of quilters with such a large purchasing power base. Please reconsider this move.

I support this petition. This is THE main program that I tape each day and then watch during the evenings and weekends. This program provides a variety of techniques and ideas for the artistic and creative nature of fabric art. My sister started quilting two years ago and also tapes this show. There is a sub-culture of fiber artists that very few people realize exists. I have provided financial support to public TV -only because of Simply Quilts. If this show is cancelled, I see no reason to continue this support.

I support this petition. As president of SMVQG, I support the "Simply Quilts" show of Alex Anderson. There are a lot of beginning quilters that watch her program and learn a lot from it. It is a very worthwhile program and fun to watch too.

I support this petition. I watch 4 shows on HGTV regularly. Simply Quilts, Devine Design, Gardening By the Yard and Designer's Challenge. Please, you need more of Simply Quilts - not less. Get rid of some of those design on a dime type shows that take an ugly room and make it uglier.

I support this petition. I have watched Simply Quilts from the beginning. When I had to work, I recorded the show. My family knows not to bother me when it is “Simply Quilts Time”. I pay for extended cable just to watch Simply Quilts on DIY. I will boycott HGTV and never watch a show on that channel. Simply Quilts is not “simply” a quilt show, it is the best quilting show ever produced. I have learned how to quilt and create from this show.
