Educational shows of this caliber are rare. Please reconsider taping new shows as this is an excellent way for quilters all over to share techniques and fresh ideas.

I support this petition. I love this show. When my mom died it gave me the idea to make a quilt out of her clothing as a keep sake. I had never sewn a stitch before, and this show helped me make a a very precious hierloom for myself and family. I wish it was on more often like all the other shows that replay 50 times a day on hgtv

Since quilters in the U.S. spend more money on their vocation/avocation than any other (at least that's what I've heard), and since Simply Quilts has managed to get almost EVERY major quilt artist (or their work) on the show, I would highly encourage HGTV to continue it...I never miss a show and often watch particular ones of interest more than once since I Tivo all of them.

With the huge popularity of the quilting arts, this show provides not only inspiration and direction for quilters, sewers and fiber artists everywhere, but also a much needed break from the "home decorating" saturation on HGTV. Please re-consider the decision to cancel "Simply Quilts". Why mess with a good thing?
