This petition is being made for all the single parents out there who are living on, or below the poverty line and think that the government should do something.
I feel that if the Premier of Canada can afford to give himself a 40,000 dollar raise around christmastime(of 2006), he can surely do something to help raise these single parent families to be above the poverty line.

woops, anyone can SIGN this petition, not just single parents, if you agree that single parent families shouldn't have to live in poverty, then sign this petition please :)
