I think alot of talent is being passed over in smaller towns, towns some people don't even know exist. I hate having to wait every year for Disney or Nickelodeon to come around looking for the next big thing. I want to be able to walk down the street and audition for a part in a movie or something, and not have to go ALL the way out to California to do so. It would make it alot easier and there are some people with real talent in smaller towns but every time they get passed over for more bigger cities. I think that they should have more agents in smaller cities such as Chattanooga or smaller cities in the U.S. so kids don't have to beg thier parents to let the go almost 1,000 miles away for a film audition or part in a sitcom

Don't think of it as more divas to go around like thier all that think of it as an oppurtunity to share you talent with the whole world with out going the distance.
