Second hand smoke is deadlier and as a non-smoker I am getting fed up with having to have to put up with it.

I support this petition because not only is it gross. But you dont only do damage to yourself but to others aswell. I know many people who have asthma from second hand smoke, little kids who cant run around, because of choices people around them have made. Another thing my grandfather is dying from lung cancer, granted he smokes so he knew it was going to happen, but I feel if tobacco was illegal he wouldnt be fighting this battle.
