I agree that smoking should be banned. I am a 16 y/o with asthma, and my dad smokes 2 packs a day. That's not as much as he usde to at 4-5 packs a day. I do not even like staying in the house because of how itmakes me feel. I often get sick, and my allergies stay messed up all the time. Besides, second hand smoke cause just as much bad problems as smoking itself, and smoking is a bad habbit to get into.

Yes, smoking hurts people. Yes, smoking destroys health. However, that is someone's choice. If it were illegal (the way drugs are illegal) good people who smoke now and support families will be thrown in jail, and I don't think it will help our country to have more people on welfare ( which you pay for in taxes by the way).
