Next year in Colorado, people who will want to go to the S.O.A.R. program will have to pay $120. All of this because Mayor Hickenlooper has made a new jail. Because of that damn jail, we have to pay. Do you think anyone can pay that much money? So we want you all to sign the pitition so we don't have to pay that much money. I say go after the rich people but that wouldn't be right. So we need you guys to sign this and all those people who can't afford to pay 120 or 130 dollars for the program (like me). Help us lower the fee down to what it was last time.
