The world is not fair but as the years go by life and money is needed and it gets harder so in my idea if a 14 yr old ask for job apl and a old per come after him askin for job apl then don't judge then by there age and give older peaple more better job rights and give them the job be equak and fair and good will come out of it

plus younger peaple want to impress and work hard believe me i work hard and im 14 and older seem to slum at there work at points

not only that let younger peaple get more job priority becasue older peaple could get almost any jobs and all we young peaple got is a small percent of jobs and we want to work and get money to save p.s IT HELP U ADULTS OUT TO REMEMBER WE LITTLE KIDS ASK FOR LOTS OF MONEY WHEN WE ARE YOUNG SO LET US MAKE OUR OWN MONEY
