Proof that a Stat Changer for Runescape is a SCAM!

I have verifiable proof that there is no such thing as a stat changer without very advanced programming knowledge. I have recently spoken with a moderator of Runescape. He confirmed what I had thought to be true for years: The staff of Jagex have emails, alright. The one problem is that all of you blasted scammers don't have the right one! Their emails go along with the site! example: staff_member@jagex.com
Yes, you saw right. Jagex does not use sites like AOL, Yahoo, or GMail to communicate. Another thing: just because it bears Jagex's or Runescape's name DOES NOT mean that it is true.
I would love to get a stat changer. I would love to get a gold modifier. My character is a measly level 21. I HAD many more characters, mostly around level 40. I lost ALL of them to scammers such as the many that claim to hack Jagex on this site. Moderators never have access to Runescape's database to even be able to observe the processing data, let alone learn enough about it to be able to tamper. I'm just telling you this for your own good! I don't care what others think. I needed to get this out there. If you want a high character, prepare to devote a lot of time to training. Live with it.
