Bramalea Go lacks in providing adequate security too many cars stolen, insurance companies little no help in settleing claims in efficient manner- My experience RBC Insurance already 40+ days since claim file Jan 30th still no resolution just prolonging claim - now want my cell recordsd. Petition better security at Go and insurance companies to settle claim in reasonable time ...Why should I still be paying a car laon for a car that was stolen !!! Can't even get another loan for car because of existing loan for the car that was stolen .

Problem needs to be reported more effectively Go personal- security need to monitor lots more frequently, more prtevnetion is needed.

Insurance companies my case RBC insurance handling case badly 40 days now the car rental is up, still paying car payments for car I don't have - if your car is stoen then payments should be frozen - why is the consumer not protected ?
