People have different opinions, and if you can't accept that, you are in for a very disappointing life. Put yourselves in our shoes. If you were called DELUSIONAL for shipping something other than what was canon, wouldn't you be upset? It was absolute unprofessional, and only provoked wars. And the thing is, the characters in Harry Potter WERE OOC in HBP to many people, and not just H/Hr shippers. Even my friends who SHIP R/Hr agree with me. Ginny became a Mary-Sue (you don't go from being shy to Super!Ginny like that...I need more than just being told once or twice that she's usually more talkative), Harry got over Sirius's death like that, despite moping about Cedric's for months (and I'm sorry, but "Sirius not wanting it" isn't a good enough reason, not after his past behavior), and Hermione suddenly couldn't tell a lie if her life depended on it (after doing so constantly in OotP). The romance was horribly written, and I'm not saying that just because I ship H/Hr. I thought the Harry/Cho plot was very cute. H/G was just out of the blue (there are many hints concerning Ginny's feelings, none concerning Harry's, at least not until Book 6), and R/Hr became tiresome. I was fine with it until Book 5. It was just..."enough is enough." The plot was repetitive, and I realized that, in my opinion, whenever Ron and Hermione are together, the worst of their personalities come out. I love Ron and Hermione, I really do, but I hate who they are around one another, which is why I do not ship R/Hr. We were also upset because we were PUBLICLY accused of hating Ron and constantly bashing him. We do NOT do that, and we do not appreciate people being brainwashed so. Listen. harry and hermione. well their not such a bad couple. She helps Harry through most of his problems, comes up with idea to start the DA classes, encourages Harry to teach and is always there to help both boys with homework difficulties. She's a true and loyal friend. She's always the first to help someone in need. She managed to turn a few heads, including Harry's, at the Yule Ball and Harry's jaw dropped when he saw her in her gown; he questioned himself as to how he never saw her as beautiful before. And well, she may have a crush on him, you cant say she doesnt. but we know their not getting together, just that hermione may in fact have a crush on him. but THEN AGAIN.... the books and the movies are compltely different! hermione doesnt at all act that way in the book. if the movies never existed then their probrably wouldnt be H/HR shippers, and more R/HR shippers. oh and i ship RON AND HERMIONE ALL THE WAY!!! but dont be so harsh on H/HR shippers, they may have been right about crushes on each other. but not the relationship. thats all ron and hermione.
