we all know what their doing trying to give american names changing Satoshi to Ash Kazumi to Misty Jonuchi to Joey Honda to Tristin Anzu to Tea Zoro to Zolo the list goes on and on but point is they almost never keep the origonal names and why so kids will recognize the names better thats bull first off these show aren't even ment for kids in the first place but ignoring that completly fact is that japanese refrences could teach kids about their culture which could only benifit them not to mention kids are probily more likely to remember the names of characters with unusual names not the ones with common american names cause if the name is not one thats as common you'll more likely remember it right so 4kids stop changing the names alredy
