Neopets is out of line. I've heard so many stories about unfair freezing and that effin' police Chia that occasionally says, "Our automated system does not know why you were frozen."
So don't freeze them if you have no reasons! Stop the scammers, the hackers, not the innocents who used to enjoy the site. But the sad truth is that Neopets is not the site it used to be.

They froze me for "cheating" which was actually just me seeing if I had won something. They need to be a little less careful. They froze my friend for "stealing" which was actually her brother sending her something. >.< TNT suck :P
I support this petition ENTIRELY. My account, along with 8 ther accounts were frozen because we all played on the same computer at school. and they ignored me when i protested. I swear, they either need to quit freezing unfairly, or hire more people to actually LISTEN to people's protests and consider that they may be telling the truth! DOWN WITH NEOPETS!

I support this petition. I haven't been frozen yet, but honest players shouldn't have to deal with the constant fear of unfair freezing. At the very least, Neo could do a better job of listening to their players.
I support this petition. I was a 'lurker' on neo for 3 years - only one account, four pets - They forze me because they thought I was cheating when I had a 'lab map'. I emailed them and they wouldn't give me my account back no matter what. Neo used to be great, and now its a money-maker.

A few years ago, I got my very favotite account stolen because they hacked into my account. It was my fav account called jetsamlover212, i had the cutest pets, a mutant kacheek, invisible quiggle, christmas gelert, and my fave, a pink flotsam. They did not even block the kids account, the FROZE MINHE!!!!!! so i hope -time something or other- is happy!!!!
My brother got his account stolen and all of his pets were baby!!! they froze my brothers account and let the other kid go off, he has stolen 367 accounts so faer!
I was frozen unfairy also. I have played Neopets for over 5 years and always followed all of the rules. They need to at least implement some sort of warning system before freezing our accounts.

Neopets Admins freeze a few people unfairly, and few fairly. All those people who want to shut down Neopets or whatever, you people are screwed in the head. There are MILLIONS of people playing that, you think you can make a difference? Perhaps. I doubt it.
I totally agree. They iced me for helping my friend, because she was being cyber bullyed on neopets. I stuck up for her, and got iced. They also iced me for Autobuying when all I did was use 2 comps at oonce to play neo.

The TNT is lying! They say that Neopets had never been hacked...EVER! But everyday..there is someone on the NeoBoards saying "My account is scammed!" There are tons of viruses out there! Yah, I've read the rules, I obeyed the rules, Im frozen.. Now how did that happen, oh yah, NEOPETS SUCK ASS. They use to be good, then they plummeted into the earth and sunk all the way to hell. If you don't agree with me, than you don't know neopets like I do.
My account Tangled_Panda was frozen today, for no reason. They said that I had been warned and continued to break the rules! I was never warned! And I never did anything wrong! I want my account back, they are letting the power go to their heads!
The neopets staff need to be there for us alot more. It take them forever to answer a single question by email. I think that's why so many people get frozen. The staff never talk to us, so it's hard to clarify some things w/o waiting for a really long time.
i agree i think the freezebots are outta control and TNT doesn't take the time to properly investigate each complaint/request to have an account reinstated. i did nothing wrong and i know no one hacke dmy account so i think it's just a mistake on their part but they won't even answer my emails. unfair.
i have a right to know what "evidence" they claim to have for freezing me.
TNT needs to remember the people behind the accounts and work with them, not against them.
All I am going to say at the moment is that neopets are a bunch of savage fatcats they ''freeze'' accounts unfairly their ads contain spyware and I heard a rumour that they are going premium by the end of 2007 which means all members have to pay a fee.

i had my account frozen cause they said that i was cheating in the flash games and i had never cheated on neopets. And i would like them to stop freezing people for no reason!

Neopets froze 15 of my accounts, no more no less. I had a program on my computer that monitered my time online. Whenever I played a flash game or anything with flash my account was frozen in less then an hour. I went through about 10 accounts before I realised that, the last few were because I thought the program was gone and I never deleted the file.
Neopets froze my 35 month account for scamming (which i never did) they are completely unfair and i wrote to them weeks upon weeks ago. on my account i had millions of neopoints and an FQD i lent for the avatar. i have many friends and i will and have never scammed. i have abandoned neopets. 35 months and this is what i get. DOWN WITH NEOPETS!
Neopets is being stupid! They freeze too many people for nothing while scammers go free without being terminated! I've reported two scammers that attacked me in the past and the fucking Neopets Team does shit about it!
True, to true. Ya know, some scammers are actually pretty smart, shame they don't use it for a better cause, as for me, i havn't seen anything to bad on neopets for awhile. Couple bastards though, not too many since awhile ago. I must say they have been cleaning up, now i'm not some pansy ass, suck-up, i'm just sayin what i feel. It started great, started goin down, hit bottom, and is working it's way back up. But yes, a bit off the topic, back to it.= Most people i look up are ppl i have met before, and scammers just choose some random name and say "report me if you want to." Yes, out of the 13 neofriends I have, 12 have been frozen in the past month. They can freeze people for nothing when haxxors are free to do massive hacking raids on Neopets servers.
Neopets does unfairly freeze people. Featheralley stick it up your ass because you're one of their little "special people." That's right, if you kiss TNT'ass enough you'll never get frozen! Unless they get mad at you. Everyone else is nothing more than a victim for them to abuse and take money from. And Neopets may be a "babyish" site now but before it was interesting and fun and made for people of all ages. Now it's just a teenie bopper convention, and a living advertisement site. You see the ads on this site and ones that have all those Google ads? NOTHING compared to utter ass kissing and selling out Neopets does to their sponsers. Neopets needs to get sued and drop off the face of the Earth, there are other pet sites out there that are more fun. www.psypets.net for one. Or, just get a real pet.
My friend was frozen unfairly, she was caught by a fake login page, so a scammer got into her account, she for some reason got frozen and they won't unfreeze her.
She was trying to help stop people who were breaking the rules for petes sake! I can't belive it :(
