I support this petition. Neopets has gotton ridiculous! And the neocash is the icing on the cake for me! I still play on it, but I just play games and stuff to avoid freezing! Ever since they got bought out, they\'ve been nothing but money and power hungry!
Agreed! Customer service sucks. An admin openly mocked me in an email during our conversations. And all my 5-year-old side accounts were unjustly frozen because you can\'t tell me apart from my brother and sister. Every time I try to communicate with TNT, I get automated messages. I can\'t even talk to a real person about this. And that doesn\'t even touch on the issue of the 4mil points that vanished from my account along with my entire inventory one evening. I know that was a glitch because my trade items stayed in the Trading Post even though they disappeared from my inventory. I haven\'t heard -anything- back about that. I wish TNT would remember that there\'s warm bodies behind the other side of the screen and treat us right. A lot of us really enjoy the site and raising our pets, would it kill them to give users their accounts and items back? If we were all scammers and cheats we wouldn\'t care about our old accounts, we\'d just make new ones and continue to cheat and scam. But we clearly care about our pets and accounts, so really, TNT, have a heart here!
its not fair that i get frozen for nothing. i dont have neofriends and i got frozen and ive never talked to anyone before all i do is feed the pets like wtf
Neopets freezes their users so they'll make more accounts, upping their user count.It's stupid and pathetic because they've already got more than enough users.
My 2 year account with 600k and two painted pets was frozen because I explained to someone how someone ELSE was trying to scam them. I used to love playing Neo, but now, I'm working on bringing them down
Neopets froze my account when I was trading off most of my items and said I wasn't going to be playing much anymore! I admit I wasn't overly heart-broken, but it was still a stupid reason to freeze my account!
My account mewtwocoulson was banned because a newbie reported me because he/she thought that they would get my acount.I would like my account back neopets!!!
i had one account that was frozen because i fell for a scam. i got a neomail that was from tnt. i guess it wasnt and it asked if i wanted to be a staff member. having good intentions and all i followed to the neopets link. i entered my username and password and when i logged back on, 100000 of my neopoints were gone. i reported it and what do you know, they freeze me. i had so many items and i was still trying to get it back. i had another account that made up for my lost one. my mom, and two friends log on to there account from my computer and they froze us for cheating!!! i had so mush stuff and now i have to start over.They freeze you for anything. i heard if you post that you dont like the neopets staff theyll freeze you because the are so chicken shit!! FUCK OFF NEOPETS!!!!
.. I was unfairly frozen (after playing for almost 3 years) for some comment I wrote, yet all I was doing at the time of my freezing was answering a fellow guild member's riddle (which was harmless and was in no way anything "forbidden" by Neopets! I got no warnings, not even that "Chia Censor Police" popped up... I was just suddenly frozen.
No matter how many times I, my friends and my guild members wrote to say I did nothing wrong I was NOT given my account back!
And what REALLY irks me the most is all the scammers, hackers and cheaters that get away with all their crap and Neopets does't bat an eye at!

because tht way ppl can have a fun time but also if they use any profanity then just keep giving them warings until they get tired of the warnings and they have to stop
because Neopets froze my first ever main account just because I'd discovered a small glitch in volcano run. That was over 3 years ago though. Before that I'd actually liked the "old" neopets. I had achieved so much in only 5 months. After that I lost the will to ever "enjoy" the game. Now I'm back again, but just for the guilds.
But one problem they should fix is that alot of good usernames are being used by frozen accounts. They should just delete the accounts then.
I've found out about Marapets some time around winter of 2006 and I've found it much more friendly than Neopets was in the past 2 years. I just hope Marapets doesn't head down into oblivion like Neopets is.
I completely support this. I was just suspended for nothing! I still love playing but it is making me think about stopping becuase of the unjust way they do everything on the site. TNT needs to wise up and freeze the hackers and not the players.
