We are asking the federal and state governments to pass stricter laws regarding child offenders. Nearly every pedophile that leaves a prison ends up commiting the same crime, or a worse crime. We ask that the governments do the following:

1.Pass legislation that requires longer jail time and more rehabilitation for felons that have commited crimes against children. Pass legislation that causes repeat offenders to be imprisoned without parole. Require first time offenders that have been released on parole to be monitered more carefully.

2.Pass legislation to have web sites that provide a space for child predators to congregate, such as www.puellula.com, to be shut down. We would like the current child exploitation laws to cover a more generalized area, such as the web sites that provide a haven for child predators.

3.Put more funding into government agencies and programs that stop child exploitation and trafficking. Form an official agency to stop crimes against children. Prioritize government spending to fund these more important agencies, rather than raising taxes.
