I think a religion - not that I acknowledge Scientology as a religion - should have to exist for at least a century before it can even apply for tax exemption. By current standards, why not give the Heaven's Gate and Branch Dividian cults exemption as well? I don't see the difference. They are afforded the same 1st ammendment rights. Scientology is a scam for money. Hmm... Maybe I should start my own religion.
