We the undersigned demand that the U.S.House of Representatives, The U.S. Senate and the President of the United States end the war with Iraq and end the occupation of Iraq and withdraw all US Troops and arrange for the United Nations to takeover the defense of Iraq until the safety of Iraq can get done.

In order to accomplish the above goal we will no longer buy any electrical appliances from General Electric Corporation including electric ovens, stoves, refrigerators and other appliances with the GE logo. We will also no longer buy any General Electric lightbulbs of any kind. General Electric, a well known defense contractor should take a stand on this issue and speak to Speaker Hastert and Senator Frist and George W Bush and call for the end of the war in Iraq and the occupation of Iraq and get the leaders to accomplish this.

We the undersigned will contact General Electric, and the leaders of congress and George W Bush telling them of our demands and our willingness to no longer buy the above named GE products.

289 20 Aug 2005 - 10:32    Sherry Sheffield : I agreed with Bush in the beginning...concerning the war on terrorism, but now I believe we need to pull out of Iraq. Too many lives are being lost for no reason now. Whatever assistance Iraq will need in rebuilding, I am sure they will ask!

248 26 Jun 2005 - 7:29    Louis Rue : Let us not forget how powerfull the military-industrial complex is. We must keep the pressure on because the majority of congress is still in the war party. The next administration like every one since WWII will also be under heavy pressure.
