Stop this movie. Make another Scooby doo movie instead.
Seriously, TSCM was bad, Dawn of the dead was bad and the outlook for the remakes of the Argento classics "Suspiria" and "house of wax(WITH PARIS HILTON??!!!)" is not lookin to well.
STOP THIS FUCKING MOVIE REMAKE, before it becomes an epidemic that the hot topic kids will take full advantage of/RAPE!!! Stop this travesty in the making. This is a classic that shoudlent be tainted by the disease of todays hollywood. All of the real fans who have taken this movie into our hearts will be cast aside and not giving ne credit for loving this movie for what it truely is.
Remaking The Warriors would effect every real fan of The Warriors for the bad, because of it's media blitz reactions by critics and viewers. There would be too many things changed because of our political country doesn't allow people to do many things now adays. Also, The Warriors new version will have so much merch and will be distributed in stores all over such as Hot Topic, which will turn the movie into a popular trend leaving us behind, or blending The Warriors real fans in with their new trendy fans, but I cannot call them fans, because 88% of the viewers will have no knowledge at all of the 1979 version. Corporate TV and Hollywood would not do a good job on a movie like this, it should be left alone, and this is a movie that they cannot handle, it would be changed, edited, and be more politically correct. The gangs will look rediculous and i can only immagine what the critics will have to say about turnball ac's. and im afraid to see what the baseball furies will look like.
The Warriors is a great movie and the media would destroy it. it will become too popular and all these yuppies would fall in love with it without even knowing the real version, and buy t shirts and stuff, and then it looks like we are a part of the trend. We are the REAL fans and we have to stop this outrage.

The very idea of this is a travesty! There is no way in hell that this movie should be made. The original is a classic and no one, especially MTV, should touch it.
MTV SUCKS! Their progaming, videos.. everything they just suck! The fact that they even have a film production company is disgusting in itself. They only make movies for teens that have A.D.D.and no script what so ever. Why would Frank Marshall give the rights for this??!!
They'll never recreate what was so magical about this film-everything from the atmosphere, the costumes, the music, even the opening credits-are there so few decent scripwriters left, that they have to shit all over classic films????

Fuck Hollywood, and Fuck MTV. How many classics have to be tarnished because some douchebag decided to remake a great 70's film with all the MTV-style cinematography and obnoxious music? I also heard they are remaking John Carpenter's THE FOG, which is my favorite horror movie. It will undoubtedly suck. Why can't some deranged Persian Gulf vet go on a sniping spree and take a few Hollywood execs' heads off with exploding bullets?

I don't see how anyone can be cast again as those characters and the scary radio woman. Noone can ever be as creepy as her.
Please, please , please do note ruin a good film by making a terrible remake of it. Use your imagination and stop rehashing good movies into bad remakes
