Here are the people that should also recieve this petition. Budweiser, Walmart, P&G, AMERICAN EXPRESS..these are CBS biggest sponsors in primetime...the people that shill out the ad dollars to air these shows. SEND letters to them as well..they don't want to lose a viewer ...and they'll hammer CBS if they do. It only takes a few phone calls from pissed off advertisers and sponsors such as the above to rattle the mighty greedy walls of CBS.
Was shocked to hear the news and still am in shock. Everybody deserves a second chance including them so BRING GEORGE AND JORJA BACK TO CSI. CBS could loose fans of the show and their spin offs from what I have read. SO PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!!!!!
I am deeply disappointed to hear of the firings regarding these two actors. Yeah maybe celebrities get paid alot but a raise after 5 really good years is probably not asking for too much. CSI will never be the same again
Even though CSI is spreading itself thin by franchising out, one of the main reasons that me and many others still watch the original show is because of the undeniable chemistry between the cast members... I'm all for change, but to get rid of the show's two main draws is just downright asinine, especially if it was an impulse decision or a power-play move. I'm hoping this just blows over in a few days and we have Fox and Eads back on the show; or CBS is going to end up with alot of disgruntled viewers who would be more than happy to spend their time watching another network.

Pay them whatever they want. They're more than worth it, especially since the show has resulted in increased crime lab funding and a renewed interest in science that even STAR TREK couldn't accomplish.
You have just saved me money today, why I will not be buying season 4 DVDs, there is no point, without the original cast in the show its not worth watching. If George & Jorja do not return for season 5 nor will I.
I have watched this show from day one, and have grown to admire the wonderful acting by all the cast. This is a team effort, If this was a winning football team you wouldn't get rid of your best striker and defender now would you. That would weaken the team? Well thats what you will be doing!!! This series is one of the best recently shown on television - why ruin it by losing two fantastic actors who potray excellent characters.

I started watching because my daughter showed me her DVD's of the first two seasons. Our entire family now sits down to watch on Thursday nights. We will be able to find something else to do for an hour of our lives if you don't bring back Jorja and George.
I know the party line is that CSI is about clues and not characters. And to an extent, that is true. But while the science is the flesh and bones of the show, the characters are the heart and soul. CSI needs both. I will no longer watch without Jorja and George.
This is absolutely ridiculous on the part of CBS and Les Moonvies.
This show has been the number one show for over 3 years, and instead of giving raises to the people that make this show what it is you instead create spin-offs which, to be honest, aren't worth watching. It's about time to stop being cheap and spreading yourself thin and pay the people that make this show what it is! Until you do, I will not even bother to LOOK at CBS shows. You can kick your own ass if the season goes down the toilet.
i know these characters mean alot to the show, the fans, and the rest of the cast. Why take away these people they add to the show and the meaning of the plots. You gotta pay for quality, and they are it.
It's not going to be CSI without them. It will decline into nothing before the 3rd spinoff even get's off the ground. How about talking it out instead of just firing them?

Honestly CSI will never have the same auidence nor the same chemistry if George and Jorja aren't there. I think it was an unfair what happened to them. I think the producers should pay them the money. Besides, last season George and Jorja weren't in the show as much as the others. I think with all the CSI merchandise that is out there, the show is making enough money off profits to pay both George and Jorja more money. I want to see them back on the show and I would never be able to watch the show with other people playing the roles of Nick and Sara.
CSI would not be worth watching without the character of Nick and in particular Sara! Have no reason to watch anymore as the whole Grissom/Sara storyline has just come to an abrupt stop!
Please bring these two characters back!!! They are a HUGE part of the show and to replace them over something as petty as money disputes is asinine! Please don't break up one of the best TV drama crews around! This may not seem to be a huge impact now, but when ratings plummet, you'll see just what type of an impact this decision will bring about! Bring them back!!!!

Bring Jorja back! There is no reason they should not make more money. This show put all the other "CSI" francises on the map. Sara is my favorite character even though the writers have chosen to write a crappy season for her. I still want my CSI Sidle back to do the flirting thing with our Dr. Grissom. CBS pull your head out of the sand and get with the program. Firing two hot young stars is just wrong. They have made you enough money in the ratings they bring in now it is your turn- pony up with the cash and pay these guys what they are worth- Award nominations and finally some real ratings on your network you got from them now pay them for it and make us all happy!
Why will CSI: Miami never be as good? Cast chemistry. CSI's cast is what makes it special. Why risk turning CSI into just another formula drama, disposable at best?

CBS just lost a viewer in the 18-35 demographic. Plus all my business regarding DVD sets, computer games and other related products. This firing was a failed power play by Les Moonves.
I can't believe CBS chose to fire them. They both showed up to the set (albeit George was late). They were doing their part. CBS needs to do it's part. The only reason I watch the show is to watch the interactions between the cast members. The writing certainly hasn't been worth it since season 1.
George and Jorga: Thanks for all you did to make CSI a good show. Can't wait to see you both in something else.

i was watching an episode of c.s.i. when i saw the link online that said jorja fox and george eads were FIRED!!! yes, i am a c.s.i. nut and sara sidle is my FAVORITE character on that whole show! if her and nick are no longer a part of the c.s.i. team then it will never be the same!!! there must be something that can be done to BRING THEM BACK!!! bad decision, cbs...
Good riddence to Jorga Fox. Shw was just dragging the show down. With the bad writing on the show I can't tell if it was her acting or her character that was lame. Although there's probably a reason she didn't last long on the West Wing, a show with epic writing.
I liked Eads though, hope they can find a way to keep him
Eads and Fox are valuable and replacing them would be a move reminiscent of Rosanne or Bewitched - Lame. Paying the cast what they're worth is not the worst thing in the world.
Not just a faithfull Danish viewer, i think i speak for a lot of Dutch fans as well being one myself and having looked around Dutch fansites with fans that are all not interested in CSI without G&J.
Good luck with the show for i won't be watching without them in it.

I am SO outraged that they were fired over something as stupid and pointless as that! They both brought so much to the show and helped CSI grow to as huge as it is now (several spinoffs!). And they axe them, just like that? Not a smart investment! CSI will lose HUNDREDS of loyal viewers if this is at all true. I'm so sorry this happened Jorja + George...keep your heads up...we'll get you back!! We'll scream, kick and throw as many tantrums as it takes to get you both back onto the show! I know I won't be a loyal viewer anymore, and I'm sure there will be many more loyal fans that stop tuning in because of this.

It's silly to think that you can get rid of a huge chunk of characters from a show and still have it be #1. (Peterson probably won't be around for Season 6 and I'd say definately now after this)
