This has got to be the dumbest decision known to man. Do the words 'ensemble drama' mean nothing to you people? Really, use your heads. RE-HIRE!
I am furious! I refuse to accept this. Nobody can play Nick and Sara like Jorja and George do. I mean what the hell is going on in CBS's heads! I hope they pay for this and I speak for everyone when I say "Do not blame anybody but yourselfs (CBS) if CSI ends up plummeting in the rating" I am ashamed and and so should you be, after what you have done to those actors!!
I can't believe it!! How can you just fire them. They've been working for 4 seasons and in a flash they're gone!! You've gotta be out of your mind!!!!! You can't split a family!!
I only started watching CSI half way though season 3, I live in Australia & we are only 1/2 way through season 4. If Jorja Fox and George Eads are not re-hired I will stop watching the show, as I much prefer their characters to Gil & Catherine.
Started watching for Jorja. No other actress could replace her, and I as well as many others will stop watching if she leaves. Her and George worked on the show and helped make it what it is, they deserve recognition.
What The H*ll?!? You can't do that, I mean those are part of the CSI family and change of cast never works. What about Sara and Grissom and the handsome Nick? You are going to loose lot of fans not only in The Netherlands, but all over the world. NEVER CHANGE A FORMULA THAT IS A SUCCES,THAT CREATES MAGIC!!!
I began watching CSI last year because of George. The show would not be the same without him & Jorja! The show would just not be the same without them! You will lose a lot of fans with the firing of George & Jorja!
This is outrageous. If they aren't rehired, I won't be watching CSI anymore. I won't buy any of the DVDs, the books, the video games, none of it. Period.
You have got to be kidding, this is the worst move you have made to date i believe, I agree with one person on one message board, you have just stamped yourselves Stupid, They are part of what makes up this cast, and you do this, CBS are you turning that into Cold Brutal Snakes, Cause those two actors deserve to be treated (as the rest of the cast) like your two higher paid stars.

The actors make the show. Without them, I would not watch. You can't just take out two main characters of your top show and expect fans to hang around.
You can't 'fire' two actors like this and expect not to get a response from their fans. Is it so hard to see that we all love Sara and Nick as characters? All I know is that if you go ahead with this, you'll have lost yourselves millions of viewers.

YOU CANNA FIRE THEM!! I LOVE SARA AND NICK!! SARA AND GRISSOM ARE THE BEST DUO IN THE WORLD OF TELEVISION!! You cannot get rid of the geeklove... you just can't. Sara rules plain and simple.
How can you develop such lovely characters and then take them away! No replacements can ever make up for the loss of these two!!! I can't believe this!!!
I think it will be an immense loss to CSI:V in general if CBS decides not to re-instate George Eads and Jorja Fox.

Way to go people. You've really out done yourselves this time. If your aim was to lose viewers, then I congratulate your success.
Oh and while you're at it, why not get rid of William, Marg, Gary, Eric and Robert too. Oh and don't forget David and the rest of the Miami cast. Then your work is a guarenteed success.

Without Jorja and george this show is unwatchable the reason the show works is because of all of the cast, Each actor brings something unique to the show and each one is irreplaceable, their chemistry as group makes the show watchable, taking away parts of the group will destroy the wonderful chemistry that made this show a hit.
They are not even my favourite persona's but wihtout them....CSI GOES DOWN.....people have said there reason of wanting them to be relationships with Grissom.....but NO..thats no the reason..you will kill the best DRAMA ever made.
Without the charaacter of Sara Sidle, as played by the luminous Jorja Fox, I see no compelling reason to watch. I hear that "The Apprentice" is a fun show. I guess I'll check it out.
