The show is not just about the "headliners". People have come to love the entire cast. Without Jorja and George you may as well end it now. Because things will just NOT be the same anymore.
If George and Jorja are fired and no longer going to be on the show, then CSI has lost a viewer. While there are other characters on the show, it just won't be the same and the chemistry that the characters (actors) have together will be gone. I have a bad feeling that if these two don't continue then the shows ratings are going to drop!
I regret to inform you that if you insist on terminating Jorja Fox & George Eads, you have lost a viewer. They were the primary reason I watched the show. I cannot stomach William Petersen's arrogance and Catherine Willows' hypocritical self-righteousness if Jorja and George aren't around to counterbalance it. Gary and Eric are great actors, but I don't like their characters enough to suffer through Grissom and Catherine. I'd rather watch Miami and New York.
The show will not be the same without Jorja and George on the show. When a show starts changing the characters...the main characters the chemistry isn't the same. I can't say that if they aren't on the show next season that I will watch it.
Most of what makes this show so incredibly great, is the cast ensemble. Simply cannot watch CSI:Miami, since it lacks in comparison to the special chemistry this cast shares. You take away two of the essential components and you are left with nothing more then just another show, doomed to not stand out and fade away. CSI helped to re-invent CBS and regain viewership. Jorja and George are too valuable to just discard and fire !! Don't ruin something that A LOT of people have come to love

This is just a publicity stunt, right? CBS can't really fire them. When I heard the news, I got upset and my first thought was that I would not watch the show as a protest. I imagine most fans had the same first thought. What will CBS do then? I have such a busy life I don't have time to figure out new characters (if they decide to replace them). I just want to be entertained for an hour with an intelligent, thought provoking and well acted program (that isn't a reality show!). I hope CBS "wakes up" and realizes how many devoted fans Jorja and George (and the rest of the CSI crew) truly have. CBS's actions are a sure way to kill the show.

I watched the show for MORE than William P. and Marg H. The other characters matter too because YOUR writers made it that way. We've invested so much into all of the characters.
And Jorja Fox is EXQUISITE.
It's unlikely, I'll buy Season 5 of CSI without Jorja Fox or George Eads in the cast.
I have all of the CSI DVDs -- Even the Miami one. We have the soundtracks, the books, the game, even.
All of my friends, after watching my DVD's each went out and bought all the CSI DVD's.
It's unlikely, now, that we'll buy purchasing anything beyond season 4.
The ratings might drop, but one is for sure, your revenues will too.
CBS needs to consider that one of the things that makes CSI so good is the chemistry of its actors; instead of spreading out the CSI franchise too thin and wrecking the original which helped their ratings so much in the past.
How could you do this? Please give them their jobs back. The fans are outraged! If Jorja and George are gone... so is everything CSI!!! We will boycott the CBS network until you correct this mistake!
Jorja and Billy's on screen chemistry is not something that can be recreated.
The whole group have a powerful dynamic that makes the show worth watching.
It stopped being just about the science a long time ago...
If Fox and Eads leave then my interest in CSI and CBS goes with them.
csi is no.1 here in Aus and i can assure you if jorja and george are gone i wont be...JORJA IS THE ONLY REASON I LOVE THE SHOW...without her i promise to never watch it again or buy any cbs product

What was once a smart, sexy and fun show to watch has now been downgraded to what every other TV show is. The people are what made it special. Bring them back!
The decision to fire these two talented actors is clearly a mistake. one which i hope is corrected. if it isnt, then i feel the show will not be as watchable as before. i know i wont be watching...
Someone at CBS must be smoking something to actually think that this is a good thing. I was going to ask for CSI on DVD for my birthday but not going to give CBS any of my money until they bring them back. NOW!
I (as well a millions of others) will be boycotting CSI and any other CBS shows.
To fire actors for seeking more money after all of the money they have made for you, tells me all I need to know about the industry you work for - maybe offering them a little more money now would make you a lot more money in the future - think about it!
CSI WAS a brilliant show - now in my mind it's dead.

They can get rid of CSI Miami and David Caruso and give the extra money to the cast of CSI Crime Scene Investigations. I can't believe you would keep him on and not keep George and Jorja. What a Shame!!!
They're an integral part of the show, and while the other actors are superb, so are George and Jorja. It would not be the same without them. They would lose so many fans, and may well be it's downfall. Do the right thing, please.
Please please please pleas please bring them back so that everything can go back to normal! This is really unsettling, they are part of the family and without them nothing will be the same again! There are storylines that will be ruined without Jorja. They HAVE to be brought back please!!!
