The whole cast is what makes this show great, if you break them up then I don't think it will gel together as well as it has in the past. They just asked they didn't demand a pay raise, geez.
I'm an aircraft accident investigator. Science is great, but I get that all day long. What draws me to the show is the subtle nuances of personality, including flaws, that shine through as these actors protray a difficult and stressful job. No one does it better than Fox and Eads. If the cast changes I'll quit watching.
Part of what makes CSI a very professional, high quality show that is great to watch is the ensemble cast. If you take away any member, the quality of the whole will suffer. Please keep Jorja and George!
Jorja has to stay on! She is one of the main reasons i watch the show. The best thing between this show and all it's too many spin off's is the cast of CSI. I will stop watching if they really fire Jorja and George.

As much as love CSI, I will not be watcing it if Jorja and George aren't on it. Sara is my favorite character on the show and it just wouldn't be the same without her.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If you don't want to lose three of your network's top shows, don't fire Eads and Fox.
Without those two... the show is doomed. Plain and simple.
This is utterly ridiculous! They are amazing actors and to lose them would result in fewer people watching the show. I can't imagine CSI without them and I don't know if I can watch it anymore.
If they were in breech of their contract then give them a written warning.
If they keep doing it then find a way to faze them out satisfactorily rather than just sack them.
The way this appears is that all parties were being stubborn and now everyone’s going to suffer.
Fox and Eads do a good job supporting the show. It will be a large dislocation for my wife and I when we suddenly see 40% of the main characters change. The inter-character chemistry of CSI/LV was far superior to that of CSI/M. That chemistry magic may be unattainable again. Surely a compromise could have been negotiated. Please try to keep Eads and Fox.

The only reason I watch CSI is because of George Eads. He is HOT and a hunk. His character as Nick Stokes is very compassionate, just love the guy.
Jorga Fox is different, I like to watch her as well, and whatever is going on between her character and Grissom is a mystery. Now, we'll never know... Replacements will NEVER be able to take their places.
No George, No Jorga, No more CSI for me. Since my interest has been fired, I'll look elsewhere for something to do. Bye, bye CSI/CBS, you have made the biggest mistake of your life, no viewers, no incoming money.
I don't understand how you could expect to change the CSI team's brilliant chemistry and expect to get away with it. Those two were incredible actors and helped make the show a success. I hope in the near future when your ratings start to fall you will stop underestimating your brilliant cast and your devoted fans.

A: In a fit of pique over a salary increase, fire 40% of lead cast of their competitor's best show - then add another half-baked spin-off with two BORING actors and pray you didn't foul up COMPLETELY.
Les Moonves must be in need of a brain transplant, as he apparently has lost all but three or four working neurons. I have a feeling he'll be receiving "shock therapy" from his actions.
csi is nothing without the entire team! it's not only the forensics stuff that makes the show, it's also the personal stories of each character!!! csi needs george and jorja...
What are you thinking? Why mess with a winning combination? Eads & Fox's characters have become anintegral part of CSI! We can't imagine the show without them! SOLVE THIS NOW PLEASE!!
George and Jorja are my favourite actors on the show and they play my favourite characters too. CSI had a cast to die for and without either one of them, it just wouldn't be the same. That was what made the original so great.

I don't know how much of a raise they wanted, but a little raise wouldn't hurt. But also, all the money they make now with CSI would have people happy for years to come. I guess that's what money does to ya! But good luck Jorja and George!!!
Grow up. Negotiate. It's just as asinine to fire someone in spite as it is for actors to blackmail studios for higher wages. Don't you realize how lucky you are to be able to afford the luxuries of life, while the rest of us are barely getting by? Don't blow it now.
1) most fans are not going to watch CSI without Jorja and George. Many even will boycott CBS.
2) stars of a hit show like CSI deserve more money for what they do!
3) Jorja is just one of the most talented actress! and George's Nick is just a cutie. They will be missed severley!

Getting rid of George and Jorja is an act of insanity. While, I love the show and support the remaining cast, without these two I'm done with the show. I hope CBS enjoys watching their ratings fall, it wasn't so long ago that CBS was in third place - what a difference CSI made.
This doesn't make a lot of sense, in real life (they WILL lose ratings over this), and in the series. How are they going to account for the sudden disappearance of two of the main characters? Do they mysteriously elope or something? NO sense.
You can't hold it against people for wanting to earn more money, especially when Petersen is reportedly earning 400k more a show. If I were Jorja and George, I'd be asking for more money too. It sounds like they're being made an example of, rather than being fired for something legitimate.
I can not believe this my two favourite characters have been fired. Sara is my favourite female character on the programme and Nick is my favourite male character and I love them both and I think that they is something between the two and I think they would make a great couple. So please bring back George and Jorja
Sara Sidle is my absolute favourite female character on television. I know I will not watch CSI if she is gone. Please you need to reconsider your decision. Nothing good will come from this.
Sara Sidle is my favourite female character on the show, and the chemistry and complicated relationship between her and Gil Grissom (William Petersen) is one of the main reason that I watch the show.

I personally found your reponse to the situation overblown and doesn't make me respect the network a whole lot. I do hope you consider negotiating again for their return. Honestly I think they deserve a raise, CSI is the highest rated show on network tv.
