CBS you are bad very very bad! CSI fans everywhere are crying out to be heard and we will be. What you have done is so wrong and without us to line your pockets you will be sorry.
I can't believe that they fired them for asking for a raise. If everyone in the world was fired for asking for one no one would have a job. Eads and Fox brought alot to the show and it won't be the same without them. CBS should reconsider and remember that the fans are what keeps their show on the air.
Can't say I've ever seen the show, but do know that young actors need to be coddled and nurtured, much as they were during the Golden Age of movies. Back when MGM had "more stars than there are in heaven". Stars like Clark Gable and Mickey Rooney and Elizabeth Taylor and Katherine Hepburn. And Spencer Tracey.
Those people at CBS are like the bastards at Columbia Pictures who fired me in 1957 for wanting more money than Lester Holt. I see what is happening to the TV stars and it makes me sick that a large and greedy corporation like CBS can just ruin the lives of young performers.
I hope the studio goes to hell and these young actors will survive into their middle ages.
A simple "no" would have sufficed to the actors. Cutting two major characters is a very very poor move. Increasiingly, my opinion of network TV is "why even bother." I do not want to see new characters to replace these two. I liked the original characters.
It has been said that viewers only watch CSI for Marg and Billy. I for one only started watching the show when I recognized Jorja Fox from ER. I knew that she is a fantastic actress and any show she would be in would be worth watching. The rest of this great cast was definitely a bonus but considering the regard with which you have treated Jorja and George I will stop watching CSI and all other programs on CBS as well. You just lost an avid viewer of some wonderful shows.
CBS people: you have commited a huge mistake. Please bring back Jorja and George!! IŽll stop watching CSI inmediately if they and their characters are taken off the show.
Be aware that viewers don't just watch a show like CSI for the plotlines and forensic science; if we did, we could just as easily watch documentaries. What a show like CSI has over a documentary, however, is its characters - the people we know and love, whose interactions and personalities give depth and interest to what we see.
It's bad enough when one important character suddenly departs a show; I rather doubt CSI's popularity will survive two departing at once.
Really, folks. You are SO proud of having the #1 show in the country. Why would you risk such a thing by trying to change something as important to the success of the show as its cast? Correct this error!
Despite their breach of their contract, if you add new characters to replace them, or if you get new actors to play their characters, the show won't be the same and will ultimately lose viewers and ratings. I ask you to rethink your reasoning and strongly consider hiring them back.
Alright CBS, get a grip here. Take a deep breath, ten steps forward, open the door, walk to a chair, sit down, and make two damn telephone calls to George Eads and Jorja Fox pleading with them to come back!

Jorja and George are the essence of CSI. They are the source of the brilliant execution of quirky conversations, a great frienship many wish they could have with their colleagues and they are a VERY bug part of the reason CSI is as successful as it. The show will never be the same without them.
No one will ever be able to fill their shoes.

Ok I understand they should have not breached their contract but why they not talk it over with them. WE LOVE YOU GEORGE AND JORJA COME BACK!!! I think it was wrong I felt sick to my stomache!! I think they felt like the were not apart of CSI they hardly got ANY airtime it was always about Griss Cath Warrick and Greg And they pull them off when they just put a Drinking problem in with Sara that was dumb no actor or actress could replace george and jorja!
How about everyone boycotts the products advertised in the commercials during the show? Networks dont like that. Thats VERY scary to them... CSI is the greatest show ever, and without these talented actors, they'll never be able score these excellent reviews. In other shows, when they find "replacements", like in 3's a Company, no one ever liked it after Suzanne Sommers left. Keep Jorja and George, CBS! And fellow signers, sign as many of these things as humanly possible!!!
There is not way that I could be convinced to watch CSI without Jorja in it. Or even George. There is a greatchemistry with the whole cast. Prepare to lose viewers if you don't bring them back, CBS.
I didn't believe what I was hearing when I heard that they were fired. George and Jorja are a crucial part of the show and with out them the show will plummet in ratings. The majority of people who watch CSI: do not know what forensics is all about and they probably do not care, the reason they watch it is because they love the way the characters interact. CSI: is classified as a drama and that is why people watch it. Removing George and Jorja would be removing part of CSI:'s fun. Their characters are great and I can only hope that CBS change their mind or at least do something.
Mean people. Why you screw with the winning formula? Why you take away who we like to look at? Shame on you. If the cast were caught abusing hard drugs or kidnapping little children you have every right to remove them, but just cause they p*** you off? stop abusing the viewers like this. Without Jorja and George, CSI is nothing. What are they going to say?? "Oh no, looks like Sara and Nick got in a tragic shooting in the line of duty.." There is no way they can replace them! Sara is the best character, without her I am NEVER watching the show again!!
Jorja is my favourite TV actress and though I love CSI for many other reasons, without Sara (Jorja) I just won't have that "must watch" feeling anymore. Bring Jorja back!
Not watching 'til they come back. Corporations have to be taught that cast & crew make the show, not coked-up producers. Snap out of it and pay the attractions what they're worth.

I was gutted to find that Jorja Fox and George Eads had been fired from CSI.
Jorja is one of my favourite actresses and Sara was my favourite character on the show.
I honestly wouldn't want to watch the show if she wasn't in it.
CBS has made a huge mistake, and why? Simply because they want more money. Based on the money CSI and its spinoffs have made, I'd say they can afford it.
I have seen every episode of CSI (most several times) and I have the first three seasons on DVD. As a seasoned viewer, I can definately say that the Sara/Grissom relationship is a MAJOR part of the show. There are many, many websites devoted entirely to the relationship between the two of them.
As for Nick, he is also essential to the show.
Please believe me when I say that thousands of viewers are going to be enraged once the news of them being off the show starts spreading. I'm furious already.
CSI won four Emmy's for a reason...because of the OUTSTANDING CAST. If two people are removed, it will never be the same again.

Personally I dont feel sorry for them. Yes its sad that their leaving but it was their choice to not show up to work. Im signing this anway b/c CSI: will go down the drain with out them. But im saying that it was their choice. They were payed $100,000+ an episode. They got a bit greedy and tried to pull the same thing the guy did from "Everybody loves Raymond." If CBS doesnt want to pay them anymore money then they already are. Its CBS's choice. Just like in the "normal world" (Ill use Applebee's for my analogy) If a bartender for Applebee's wants more money, the manager wont give it to them, and then the bartender doesnt show up to work, that person deserves to get fired. Just because they are actors doesnt give them special privallages. Now dont get me wrong. Nick was my favorite character in the show and I still had hope for Sara (she had potential in story development) but what they did was childish and when your signing petitions having them be put back on the show, thats just showing that bartender that if they act like babies they can get their way too.
I watch CSI all the time. I aslo have all the episodes and watch them over and over. Grissom and Sara are like the main ingredient in the recipe of CSI. Just like all the rest of actors and actress's CBS should be used to them asking for more money, so what else is new. Meet half way and get on with it.
PLEASE CBS, bring back Jorja and George. You cannot find better chemistry between actors that appears between Jorja and George. And besides, it wouldn't be the same without them. Just like it wouldn't be the same if William Peterson, Marg Helgenberger, Gary Dourdan, or any of the other main actors were taken off the show. I BEG you, do not break up an ensemble cast!
I love csi and I am a big fan of both jorja and george, but if they cut them out, I wont wantto watch it anymore. I mean, the csi gang isnt the same unless they are in it. The show will be ruined!! This cant be happening! Someone wake me up from this nightmare!!! :-(
I am sooooooo mad!!! They have to let them both come back or else they are going to truly regret it. You can't take out two key ingredients without destroying the recipe.
Nick is my favorite character. Sara could be annoying (and I am not a Sara/Gris fan) but Jorja Fox did a great job with the character. The show will not be the same without these two characters! Please bring them back!!

I believe that both George and Jorja are young stars. They are worth negotiating with . I know neither one intended for this to happen and it will be the beginning of the end for a great show if they are not brought back.

Chemistry so carefully built up in this fabulous hit series will be shamefully gone! An ensamble cast like you have (had), will indeed make a huge difference. Jorja and George made an enormous contribution as did all the actors, and deserved recognition, when other actors also received financial compensation in regards for the shows success.
It's not about greed, it's about recognition for a job well done.

I think that firing Jorja and George was a HUGE mistake on CBS's part and they will regret it. Why would CBS try to hurt their top rated show? I don't understand.
Thousands of people have already said that they are going to stop watching CSI if George and Jorja leave. Thousands more are probably thinking the same thing, just not saying anything. Some people haven't heard about it yet (so they might live in a cave) and they'll stop watching.
CBS think about what you are doing. Us viewers...us fans...should be your main priority! The characters are what make this show such a big hit...lose them and you lose your viewers.
Look at this petition CBS! At this point and time, there are almost FOUR THOUSAND fans that have signed saying how idiotic this decision is...think of how many fans have yet to sign this petition. Think of what you are doing...you're viewers are dropping like flies.
