I am appalled that CBS would fire two of their best actors from their # 1 show. You can't just toss away two characters and expect fans to stay loyal after all these years. We have come to love George and Jorja as well as the rest of the cast. Why can't they all get the same level of pay? This nonsense of wanting actors to stay locked in at a particular pay rate is B.S. All the money they get from advertising during CSI's time slot could pay to feed a small village in Cambodia! For a year! CSI will not survive without these two. And CBS knows it. So go back to your drawing board and give the cast, excluding Marg and William, a pay raise! The others work just as hard and we love them just as much! Come on Peterson! Keep your team together! I can only hope this petition ends up in the right hands at CBS and they reconsider. While I don't condone the actors not showing up for work, the cast of FRIENDS did it and looked what happened for them! The cast of RAYMOND did it and they got their pay raise. Why should one actor get top billing over the others? Cause without the others, the lead is useless. Come on CBS! Give the actors their raise! In the long run, you know you will be better off!
I will do everything in my power to let CBS rehire these actors. Also, I will do everything in my power that the new person/persons that will be cast, will be a flop, and he/she/they will be put off the show as soon as possible.
I read that you are already auditioning for the replecements for George/Jorja.As you will see,from the vast number of E-MAILS/PETITIONS/ over this emotive sacking of 2 actors -who to me and many others -have become lynch pins in its success-over the 4 years-has brought a response from the fans-who keep the ratings up-and is that not the name of the game?.WHATEVER THE PROBLEM,PLEASE GET ROUND A TABLE,RESOLVE THE PROBLEM,AND BRING 'EM BACK.
My husband and I watch CSI all the time -- we do not watch the Miami show nor do we plan to watch the NYC show -- we like the original and now that is messed up!
They deserve a pay increase, without them to be supporting actors there would BE NO SUPPORT on CSI. If not a big raise give them something, they are good actors who deserve a second chance. Replacements will destroy the show, all storylines will be thrown off and ruined. PLease realize your mistake CBS execs and reconsider your decision before you destroy the show over money that you have and refuse to give.
I'm a huge fan of CSI, but without Jorja and George, I'll no longer arrange my schedule around the show. Big mistake CBS! Please reconsider and bring them back for the fans!

Hey! I come from Spain, and I'm a fan of CSI too! If Jorja & George were dismiss, nobody would see CSI more :( CSI will never be the same again without those characters, the audience will go down in a record time. THEY MUST BRING THEM BACK...or they can say Goodbye! to the serie! Believe me, here in Spain, CSI is very popular, and we all wan't Cath, Grissom, Sara, Nick and Warrick to be always there!!! Oh My God! What's wrong with you people at CBS??? Don't you want a #1 show?? I don't watch CSI for the cases (although they are good). I watch it to see what'll happen between Grissom and Sara! You've completely ruined a great show. I for one will be cancelling my order of CSI DVDs! Think of the money and viewers you'll be loosing. They are both brilliant actors. The show will definatly plunge down the charts, losing their #1 title, and lose many viewers. CSI will not be the same without Fox and Eads. Eads' gleeful charm and Fox's sarcastic humor both contributed greatly to the show's success. I just wish it didn't end up this way.
Without the two of them the show will go down! No doubt about it, they were my favorite characters and without them I really don't have much reason to watch CSI anymore.

CSI LV is my favorite show. Wanna know why? Because of George and Jorja (nick and sara).. Without them, I guess it's not gonna be my favorite show already.. How can CBS do such a thing??? Jorja and George were my two favorite characters on the show, and without them, CSI: is just not my favorite show anymore. CBS successfully trashed a hit.

This is a well-out comment from Australia, and I probably say this for all the Australian viewers: Fire Jorja and Greoge, and you will lose a very large portion of over seas viewers! I love those two the most!

you're making a BIIIG mistake, CBS. if you want CSI to stay popular, keep it the way it is. can't you see you're doing the same thing as the X-Files did replacing scully and mulder in the last few seasons? Sara Sidle and Nick Stokes must be brought back.
