if those two are gone then i'm done watching csi. i mean whats the point in watching new people take the place of nick and sara just for 2 more seasons. thats just a waste of my time!
Jorja and George are part of CSI. They are what make it great. You cannot fire them! CSI is my favorite show and they are my favorite characters. Please don't fire them!
I will no longer be watching CSI, it's spinoffs, or purchasing any merchandise even remotely related to CSI. Congrads CBS, you just lost a loyal viewer.
I am stunned!! Why In Heaven's name would CBS "fire" two of the best actors on primetime??? Just because they asked for a raise?? I am sooo disappointed, and I'll probably stop watching. CSI is my favorite show...and it's the ONLY show which can wrench my daughter away from the internet! Secondly,if CBS wants to fire someone...how about David Caruso?? I can't stand him. Firing 1/3 of the cast on the #1 show is a stupid idea. Too bad y'all at CBS are going to learn that the hard way! No Jorja, No CSI. I guess I have Thursday nights free now.

I am a loyal viewer of CSI from Germany. I watch and tape every episode, I buy the DVDs and the books. Never before has a television show grabbed my attention like CSI has. So please rehire Jorja and George!
Alright, CBS! Way to shoot yourself in the foot! I shall watch, very much amused, as you attempt to tapdance your way out of this one. And on one foot, no less, as the other is currently crammed in your mouth.
You cannot get rid of them! The show would be ruined without Nick and Sara, and with replacement actors, it will never be worth watching at all. If you let them go, I hope you'll be satisfied with your tragic loss of ratings.
Please please please don't let George and Jojra go. They are a HUGE asset to the show. They make the part come to life the show would never be the same with out them. For 4 yrs we the fans have come to love them, they are Nick Stokes and Sara Sidle. as well as a HUGE part of the CSI Las Vegas Team . Please do not let them go. I feel that they are a BIG part of the shows success, and they would be deeply missed.
Inflexibility and quality are poor companions. Cling to one and you must abandon the other.
...not to mention the _idiocy_ of junking practically a third of your cast.
Say goodbye to your ratings CBS. CSI is not a 1 or 2 person show it is a collaboration of excellent actors and characters. Without 2 of them it will lose too much to be worth watching anymore.
CSI is what CSI is because of the cast as a whole. Taking out any part of that cast, nonetheless 2 parts, is basically asking for the desmise of the show.
This is a ridiculously big mistake! Every time I refresh, there are about 3 new signatures. Can't they see how stupid this is? The better swallow their pride sometime soon, and work something out. This is the single thing that can ruin my whole summer holiday.
Even though Sara was not one of my favorite characters, she brought allot to the show and after last season's finale ending with her, how in the world does CBS expect to just "replace" that? If they aren't brought back the show will not last.
I am very disapointed about the news, surly it is not true. Bring them back it wont be the same without them. It is just not going to work if they get rid of both of them. So you need to try and get them back, they make up a pert of a team, and if that team breaks up, then who knows how long it will be until the rest of the cast is taken out. Bring them back.
Please keep Jorja and George! A great deal of the quality of this show has to do with these great actors. If they're fired the quality of the show will go down and certainly its rating too.
No! No! No! No! they cannot do this, the good thing about C.S.I is the team work you cut away some of the team you lose the magic.They all bounce of each toerh so well, firing them is just wrong, it will ruin the cohesion.
Obviously someone who handed this sentencing down doesn't get that CSI isn't about any one character. Sure Gil, Catherine, Greg, et al are key components in the series but the key word here is "components" No one actorcharacter makes the series what it is. As someone else stated it's the chemistry that is what makes CSI, CSI. You drop 2 characters and you WILL lose something. I don't care how good their replacements are its not going to be the same.
Someone at CBS has a critical brain tumor because that is the only reason I can think of why anyone would be so short sighted on such an issue. Idiots.
