I don't want them to go they are my favorite characters. They are stupid not to keep them when everybody on the net wants them to stay hopefully they'll have some reason and think about what they are truly doing to them and to us. It will never be the same without them.
The show has such wonderful cast don't ruin the show by letting Jorja Fox and George Eads go. It's the only CSI show I watch, CSI:Miami just doesn't have the same depth in the characters for me.
why would u want to ruin something as great as CSI? people watch that religiously, and by taking out two of the best characters in it, you have probably ruined everything good in it.
His two actors bring to the series a lot, it is absolutely necessary that they return otherwise you go to lose a lot of rate of audience then made to return Jorja and George! The series needs them !
I think that even though you want to take a stand against costly cast negotiations, this will do more harm than good to your show. Negotiate to get them back at least, and keep the show the way it was
I do not watch the one-man show that is ''CSI: Miami,'' and I will not watch the New York incarnation simply out of spite. And, unless a certain pair of criminalists are reinstated on the Vegas night shift, I will tune out of ''CSI'' now and forever. Hello, NBC.
How can you hang on to someone with less talent than a bucket such as David Caruso in Miami, yet you let go Jorja Fox and George Eads? I don't get it or am I just missing something?
Hell, if you feel the need to use cardboard cut-outs on your show, try it out on Miami first and see how it turns out. Don't punish Jorja and George because they have the guts to ask for something they SO TOTALLY DESERVE!!
It's not like they asked you to jump off a cliff or anyting ...
You have to really be kidding yourselves if you think you can pull off a stunt like this and keep viewers. From the looks of things, I'd say you've succeeded in losing the majority of your fan support. Congratulations!
Bring back Jorja and George and maybe we'll all reconsider watching. If you don't wave bye bye to your "America's Number 1 Drama" label. And please, don't screw us around pretending that you don't care we won't be watching. We're not naive. The world of ratings is a harsh place and it's safe to say that I think now you'll lose the war.
It's a bad thing to mess with the people who keep your show on the air. So once more:

If this does not get resolved and Jorja and George do not return to the show, then I foresee this as the beginning of the end for all CSI shows. CBS should reevaluate their stance and negotiate to keep these two talented actors in the cast.
what would CSI be without Jorja and George .... oh come on ... u got to be serious .......if some other show casts can ask for a raise .... y not others ..... they're just protecting their interests .... come on CBS .. tkae of of the fans interests ......dn't just kill them of in the show ...
This goes way further than just George and Jorja. How will this affect the ratings and the careers of William, Marg and Gary? Not to mention all those behind the scenes. Bring back George and Jorja and save CSI!
C'mon, CBS! They are integral. Don't write them out, and DEFINITELY don't recast them! Negotiate and get them back before a good shows fails! As a network, CBS doesn't have many hits going for it.
If you can't keep these two characters, please please don't ruin them by replacing them with "new" actors. It would completely ruin the Sara and Nick we've all fallen in love with. Think this through, CBS, please!
CSI will bomb if we lose them, even if you keep the characters and replace them with someone else, it never works, its just not the same and CSI will flop!!!

The cast was excellent. Please try and work it out. Jorga and George will be missed and the show will not be the same.
I know that CBS only fired GE and JF because the cast of friends and the cast of everybody loves raymond did this to CBS before and they are tired of getting robbed of their money by stupid actors but these too are so much better then the actors from the two other shows so if u were willing to give jennifer aniston or (a terrible actor) a raise then why cant u give raises to JF and GE and the other members of CSI all fice main characters are great they all deserve more money, can u guys plz just make a deal and re-hire them!
I watched every single episode each week and never missed one. Now, I refuse to watch "C.S.I." any longer if Eads and Fox are no longer a part of it. I mean it. It's absolutely ridiculous and inane that they were let go. How stupid are the people at CBS who fired them? Obviously, they didn't think anything through before they fired them. Big, BIG mistake! Here's another (out of the thousands of others) "C.S.I." fan that you lost. I also won't be purchasing the DVDs or anything else affiliated with it.
The actors are the reason that CSI is so successful. They portray their characters in such a way that people cannot help but simply love them. They create a great ensemble, no doubt about that and taking two pieces out of that ensemble will be upsetting to not just the show but the devout followers of the show. Please reconsider! CSI would not be the same without them.
How will the integrity of CSI last without these two essential characters? I don't even care how because I won't be watching anymore. I am sick and saddened that one of the only TV shows I watch will be reduced to the other crap that is out there. CBS should just give them what they want and get on with making money. If they make this move, they will be ending their chances with this gem.
Wow. This can't be. The show will never be the same. Although I love the other characters too, Nick is my fave. I won't watch it. Or any other branch of CSI. That is a shame because they are great shows. CBS--you make sooo much money from this show. Give them a break! Say bye to CSI. Bad choice CBS.
I just got into CSI (thanks to DVD) and am shocked at this! I hope that it is not so b/c I am hooked and was going to start watching season 5 because I love Jorja Fox and her character.

This is so ridiculous. CBS has no idea how many viewers they are going to lose. I'm so appauled by this rash course of action. I pray that CBS realizes they have made a gigantic mistake and brings these two incredible actors back or they will feel the loss.
so... another CBS hasty decision. that's fine. this network keeps disappointing me. u know how much a fan of CSI I am? well the show will premiere next week here in Portugal, and I already have the firt 3 seasons on DVD. that said, I just wanted to say you are SOOO wrong in firing 2 of the greatest actors and characters on prime time tv! please reconsider! they will be missed. let's hope all comes to an agreement. of course ratings will suffer... that's a given.
I am insulted that CBS could think they could easily replace two such great actors. And that we as viewers would comply and so mindlessly think that we could continue to watch. Bring these two back. They were the reason I watched the show....
