Fox and Eads add immeasurabley to this show, the cases are a a pleasure but for any long term viewer, watching the interactions of the characters add a great dimension to this series. To lose both Sara and Nick will cost the show a lot in it's chemistry. They add to why CSI is so much more of a more powerful series than Miami - that is the relationships between the mains, which whilst not the Main Focus of the series certainly added a great and precious flavour.
I will boycott CBS and CSI and Jerry Bruckheimer films if they are not re-hired. I watch CSI because of George Eads and then the murders. Not the other way around...
if cbs gets rid of jorja and george, the number of ppl that watch csi will reduce, people watch csi not only for the murder and crime but for the actor(ress) in it too. Everyone is so attched to these character that it will become a tradetiy if cbs gets rid of them. so plzzzzzzzz get them back
I think the producers need to think about the impact that this will have on the show, with the two younger cast members axed. Changing the line up drasticly is definately going to have an impact on the ratings and less people are going to switch on. I don't thin I'll be able to watch CSI anymore...

I wholeheartedly agree with this petition. I can understand the reasons behind it, but please try and sort it out. I want to know what develops between Grissom and Sara
This is a labor issue. Actors belong to a union. And actors have a responsibility to that union. CBS is trying to break the union. Moonvess said it himself.Bravo to George and Jorja for having the guts to stand up to corporate greed. The show will tumble down without them, not just because their brilliant, and not replaceable, but because it's really bad karma to be making billions on a show and not share it with the people that help make it great.
It is inherently unfair for CBS to fire its two most talented yet underrated cast members on an extremely popular show that is deemed to be "the best drama" on television. The wrongful termination of Jorja Fox and George Eads will indubitably have detrimental ramifications, which could lead to the ratings plummeting low and perhaps to the point of cancellation.
This is a big deal to me. I really want CBS to know that the show needs these characters... PLAYED BY THESE ACTORS. The Sara and Grissom plotline has been there since the very start of the show and it would be awful to not follow through.

jorja and george are great actors. they play their characters well. csi is one of the highest rated shows, so why don't cbs just give all of the cast members a raise. csi lv isn't as nice as csi miami. i'm truly disappointed in the franchising of csi. pls don't axe jorja and george.
Thank you CBS for showing us just what you think of us as viewers. We put your show on top and it was in part because of Jorja Fox and George Eads' chemistry and acting. Should this stick, consider my channel changed.
Why axe only two characters? Axe all of the characters. It makes no difference if you fire only 1 or 2 or more - the fact still remains: it's not going to be the same CSI that we've all come to love. So, get them back to the show, okay.
Jorja is an amazing actress who's boosted ratings and after many seasons on a number one shoe is entitled to compensation. she helped launch the franchise in a big way. are you trying to teach actors not to stand up for fair compensation. you show no respect for actors. or were the agents just nasty ego monsters? still... i love(ed) CSI. Put them back on the show or let greed pull you back doen to where you were before CSI.
As a result of this action, me and everyone else can guarantee your rating will drop. I will begin by not watching reruns, and the fifth season when it begins. I am sure i speak for many more viewers as well. The show will be changed greatly without George and Jorja.

they had only just started some really interesting side storylines. with out both jorja and george the show will not be the same. they are needed back on csi. people need to see how things would work out, so bring them back. please

Even though I am not much of a CSI fan (simply because i havent had time to watch the show, but do plan to buy all dvds once i get a chance) I think its ridiculous that the network had the hide to fire these cast members over a pay dispute. There are so many shows where cast members get at least triple the amount that these guys were asking for, and did they get fired ? NO! The show will definitely suffer with this loss, and they only have the network to blame.
