If you get rid of Jorja and George then you will loose most of the shows fans... CSI is so successful because of its cast and by getting rid of two of the key members you will loose the majority success. It will be all downhill from here if you do not bring back Jorja and George!!
I was shocked by this news. I try to catch CSI whenever possible mainly due to these two actors. I thnk CBS is using these two to set a good example, but going about it the wrong way.
CSI will suffer, I am sure.
I was shocked to hear that these actors were fired. Sara Sidle is a wonderful character. Nick is a great character, a kind of centered Buddhist presence. I want to continue seeing these two actors on CSI. I realize that they earned a lot of money per episode. However, the show is very successful. It is appropriate for the actors playing the major roles to receive compensation that is commensurate with the success of the show.
Americans please dont watch the reruns of CSI this summer. By now it's the only punishment we can hit CBS. So they want war, they will have. DONT.WATCH.THE.RERUNS.
I have not missed an episode of CSI, and I feel strongly that firing Jorja and George is a mistake! Are you trying to convince Thursday night viewers to watch the other CSI shows instead?
I think this is disgraceful. Although 100K sounds like an awful lot to most of us, in the acting world its a pittance. And if the #1 show are too cheap to pay their actors what they're worth - then maybe we're too busy to give them our time for their sponsors overpriced advertising.
Both actors are important to the success of the series, and they should be treated as such. The show will be a sure disappointment without these two fine actors.
I think, no, Iīm sure you are making a huge mistake by firing this two actors.. the show will become different, emptier, I donīt think that people would wanr keep watching it, at least,I wouldn't.

Does their firing suck? Yes. Will everybody stop watching as they say they will? History of TV says no. ER (with George Clooney & Sherry Stringfield leaving), MASH (with McLean Stevenson and Wayne Rogers leaving) and NYPD Blue (with David Caruso leaving) are a testament to this fact. People are pissed and I personally am not happy about their firing, but I am NOT going to stop watching the show and I know the majority of others wont either, one, because curiosity as to how the show will change will have people watching, but also, you did not know these characters 4 years ago and you have no way of knowing whether someone that they may hire wont become the next Brad Pitt or Jennifer Aniston. Again, this sucks and I hope that CBS does bring them back to the table and rehires them, but wake up and face facts folks, making 2.3 - 2.4 million dollars a year for a job you only work half a year at is NOT a hardship - it is hitting the lottery! It is something that you wake up every morning and thank God that it is great to be George Eads or Jorja Fox. I feel sorry because I am sure that they were just taking the advice of their greedy agents and attorneys and paid for it with their jobs.

I love CSI. I hope that both parties will be able to renegoniate soon! George Eads and Jorja Fox were huge assests to the cast. And everyone is important (ensemble cast). If they aren't rehired ratings most likely will go down. Please reconsider. Oh, other CSI Fans please be nice when signing the petition. Calling CBS "names" isn't gonna help..they will probably just get mad!

You have done a disservice to the Fans and to George and Jorja for firing them. They are a huge part of the show and this is very disappointing. Everyone fits together to make this show a success and now it just will not be the same.
Thesse two are the BEST of the show. Without them, I have to quit watching any cbs show. If Jerry Bruckheimer doesn't support them I lose my redpect for him.

When I heard about this I actually thought that it must be some kind of joke. To put it mildly this is insane They are two of my favourite characters, without them I probably wont watch the show again.
If CBS do not bring them back, they have undoubtedly put the nail in the coffin for CSI.

Come on. You can't just take two of the big characters off of CSI. Be a little more realistic. You will lose almost all of your viewers if you do this. Please put them back on.
I have watched CSI since the begining and will stop watching if you let go Jorja Fox and George Eads. I have enjoyed the investigations but I have really enjoyed the character build up. Especially between Sarah and Grissom. There is a bunch of that watch it faithfully and all of us will stop without those two crucial people because it takes an ensamble cast to make csi what is, a number 1 show. I have watched both Las Vegas and Miami but Las Vegas has always been my favorite because of the character relationship between them all. They have captured our interest and if you pull them apart there goes my and everyone else's interest. There is no replacement.

how dumb do you have to be to become a tv exec. a worldwide hit tv show that with syndication will earn cbs millions for years to come , the actors are a vital part of the shows succsses, tv exec,s are not .
do you really think the series will go. Without them the show is nothing the whole pilot issue was around the intro of Sara and Nick has come on from strength to strength. Obivously they the bigwigs dont knwo what they are doing. This fan will certainly stop watching in protest and I urge others to do so.
Well, I have seen CBS do some really stupid things....your not going to have a hit on your hands anymore it will be a flop. The reason why this show has been such a huge hit is the chemestry between the actors....they work, why mess with that...if they don't return I can guarantee you will loose thousands of fans and you will ruin the show...I'll be one of those devoted fans that will be gone. I know you don't care about your fans, but without us you wouldn't have a job...bring Jorja and George back immediately. Don't mess with what works.
The loss of two stars on this show will be something it can not recover from. In my opinion a big mistake and will cause irreversible damage to the show's fan base. This is the only CSI show worth watching in my opinion, and will likely not tune in this Fall if the show's cast is not complete. At least my Thursday nights will be free in the months ahead!
Get them back. They're worth it. Plus, years of story "arc" between Grissom and Sara go down the tubes. I think that would hurt the show. It would feel empty if, suddenly, that chemistry/tension was gone. Thanks for your attention.
CBS are you crazy? with all respect stop making spin-off like CSI MIAMI and NY, īcause you (in my opinion)will ruin CSI in itself. Itīs a pity, because CSI itīs not like a McDonals.

And now Jorja and Nick fired, I donīt know about you, but with this stupid move CSI Las Vegas in one year or two Bye Bye. CSI Las Vegas is nominated because of the group, the stories.
I must admitt that Nick and Sarah were my favourites characters, and Iīm not saying this because of this mistake is happening, I loved when they worked together, their chemistry, and I was looking forward to see more of them together in the new episodes.
