An ensemble cast relies on chemistry between all the members, and that's what this show has got. I'm not a fan of CSI:Miami, so it's not just the weekly stories that make it work. I watch the original whenever I can, and it's one of the only shows I watch.
Please rehire these two actors. The show would not be the same without them. Characters (and actors)really determine how much I watch a show and I'm not sure CSI would be the same. I do not watch CSI Miami, because I could never get into the characters.likewise I'm not sure I could continue to watch CSI if new characters were introduced to replace Nick and Sara.
While I have a few objections to the chemistry between the characters on CSI: Miami, I have never felt that way about the original. Keep the cast intact!

I wonder if CBS would apply the same standard against its leading star on CSI or any other money-generating program. If not, then CBS fired Jorja and George mainly because CBS thought it could get away with it. Knowing that's CBS's attitude sure lessens CSI's entertainment value to me.
STUPID is about the only thing that comes to mind. How stupid to break up this first rate cast! I have emailed cbs and gave them my thoughts on the matter. EVERYBODY....EMAIL CBS AND DEMAND THE RETURN OF JORJA AND GEORGE.
I have been a fan of the show for two yrs now. Love Jorga and George both. They are truely talented actors. I am shocked they were fired. I will have to agree with everyone else, if this is not resolved, I don't think I will watch the show again.
It is true,Jorja and George are CSI Family.The show won't work with replacements, and I won't watch it without Jorja and George. Please reinstate them. I love William Peterson too, are you going to give him the boot also? "Sara" and "Nick" belong in the CSI family...no one else will do.
I feel this is a bad judgement for CBS to do something like this. It was simply a mistake. These two actor's are human and do make human mistakes. The show needs Jorja and George. They are part of the CSI family.
My daughter introduced me to CSI since she was going into the forensics field...It was so much easier to get excited about what she was doing when I could see it for myself. I was a fan of George from the very beginning and had recently warmed up to Jorja. I am very dissappointed in CBS, and although I hope for a quick resolution and the re-hiring of these 2 fantastic actors, I am not holding my breath. I'll be finding another way to spend my Thursday nights....
CBS/Moonves ... you say you fired them because "there comes a point where we all have to look out for the future of the network television business," -- how does firing two essential characters look out for the future of your number one show? If you are going to play this card, play fair... you should've fired Marg too while you were at it (since it is reported she didn't show up on the first day).
You will DEFINITELY lose a viewer if you lose these two characters. I don't watch CSI Miami because I can't stand Caruso (what a twit he is). CSI is the only good thing you have going for you.

This cast must stay intact. The reason this show is sos successful is because of the tremendous chemistry this team has together. Give them 120,000 and stop the crying Les M..
Man, I just didn't believe it when my wife said they had been fired... Is CBS out of their mind???? These two can never be replaced, no matter who you bring in...It just won't be the same. I guess now I don't have to worry about missing Tru Calling on Fox - I bid CSI a fond farewell...but I won't watch again :( Shame on you CBS...
CSI has been a staple in our home for the last 4 years. This show brought my mother and I closer together - even if only once a week - and we are both HUGE fans of George and Jorja. I know that if they are not brought back to the show, we will be moving on to another show on another network...
When are the execs going to learn without the viwers there isn't a show. Iwas already to boycott watching CSI which is my favorite show. Bring back Nick Stokes.
Moonves has got to bring Jorja and George back. They are an integral part of this program and without them I'm certain the show will lose a vast number of its fans. I know I will be one of them. With all due respect to the remaining actors who are also great, it will just not be worth watching anymore. I look forward to hearing and reading about an amicable resolution to this misunderstanding and to the return of these two fabulous actors.

This show, the first in the franchise, remains the best due to the chemistry among all the stars. We all make mistakes; please give these two young actors the opportunity to get back on the show. It won't be the same without them and you could count me as one viewer who will stop watching if you fire them. Thank you.
how can cbs fire george eads and jorja fox?? that is just ludicrous!!!! i will not only stop watchin csi, but i will also stop watching csi: miami and won't even start to watch csi:ny if they don't return to csi.
The show will not be the same without Jorja or George. I watch this show every Thursday and would be greatly disappointed if things can't be worked out.
I have been a faithful watcher since CSI began. I then branched off and began to watch CSI Miami when it began and am looking forward to CSI NY in the fall. I think you have made a HUGE mistake letting George and Jorya go! I don't know that I will continue to watch any of your shows

Without Jorga or George, CSI would lose a large chunk out of their youth demographic! If the show is grabbing the ratings and earning more money than before, I think they are justified in raise negotiations-- if that was the case -but with said, the cast as-is, is too great perfect together to split up over something so mundane as showing up for work late. Jorga -you're hot ;)- and George, I support you both!!
No return to the job, no more CSI on my tv. How about the guys who rake in the $$$$$$ from the actors work delve into their pockets and hand over a few more dollars in the casts paycheques.
If it was a misunderstanding then be a man, accept the apologies and bring them back on board Moonves...the fans want a good cast not a pissing match, and replacing them just won't cut it.
