I was extremely upset that you chose to fire Jorja and George from CSI. They are critical characters to the success of the show. You gave in to contract despuits in the past with people namely from Everybody Loves Raymond and yet refuse to do so with George and Jorja. Bad move! I will no longer watch CSI and I will tell my friends and family to do the same thing! I hope that you will see a huge ratings drop when your show premieres in the fall.
This is sad. I cannot believe CBS is willing to risk losing millions of viewers for a pay hike. You've got to be kidding me, CBS. You'll regret this mistake when the ratings drop.

The cast is what makes CSI: Crime Scene Investigation the number one show. Changing the original cast takes away from what makes the show great. Big mistake CBS.
I think I'm gonna start throwing things at CSI until they let Jorja and George back on. I think the CBS people must have had like a brain tumor and it blocked the 'Jorja and George are two of the people who made CSI win awards, and to be the number one show on tv, duh' area. CBS is dumb in the head. I wonder if the directors and stuff agreed with CBS's choice. And where was Bruckheimer? Woah. 1000 signs!
CSI would be the same without George and Jorja and there is no one who could replace them so the show should get them both back or the will be making a major mistake that will upset millions of devoted fans!!

Jorja and George are a big part of the show. They are a big part of making the show what it is today. I don't know if my friends, family and I will watch the show without them. Without George there will be no Worrick and Nick, and they are one of the funest teams. Without Jorja there wont be that thing between Sara and Grissom. It was a really bad decsion on the networks part. Without Jorja and George theere wont be that fun and loving chemistry between the cast, and that will lead to a bad show. Before you know it the shows going to end because it wont be the same show and the ratings will go way way down. So they should re-hire George and Jorja.
This is an ensemble cast. Without one (in this case, two) it wouldn't be the same, and ratings will go down. CBS has made really stupid decisions in the past, and I'm sorry to say, but this is definitely one of them.

CBS has made millions and millions of dollars off of csi and two franchises and firing two of the actors that wanted a peace of what they helped them to earn.For that I will no longer watch it and the other two.
CBS is going to make NBC salivate with such a stupid move. I have to agree with Ashley (969) that the cast of CSI Miami pales in comparison to CSI d/t the lack of chemistry between the cast. I think that the show will be much weaker without the original cast. Sadly, the ONLY show I truly look forward to seeing week in and week out will become a huge disappointment thanks to CBS. ANd I thought that only the government could screw up great programs!

CBS -- You need to reconsider this decision. CSI is a hit because of the ensemble -- without Jorja and George it's like losing part of the family and I wouldn't want to watch anymore. The chemistry of the show wouldn't be the same.
This show will not be worth watching without Nick and Sarah. To replace them would be like replacing Santa at Christmas. CBS puts on all of those crappy reality shows that ruin TV, but wants to ruin one of the few good shows left. Besides Jorja rocks.
CSI may be a procedural drama but the chemistry between all the cast and the ensemble feel is what makes it stand out from every other procedral drama out there. The departure of two of the five integral characters would be very damaging. When a formula works you don't change it. You build upon it.
I fear if George Eads and Jorja Fox leave it will be the beggining of the end.

I started watching CSI because I love George Eads! But I then also got attached to Jorja's Sarah. Without them, you might as well forget having a hit show. Myself and ALOT of other people will boycott the show. I for one will also be boycotting the network
This show was made thanks to it's talented actors and writers. If you get rid even one of them, you have ruined the wonderful chemistry that has made CSI an Emmy award wnning show.

This show will be absolutely awful without the original cast. The unique combination that all of the characters bring is what makes CSI such a good show. Don't go and hire new actors and expect the show to be the same, because it won't. It will end up looking like a stupid rip-off, like CSI Miami. I honestly do not think I will watch the show anymore if Jorja Fox and George Eads are not on it. The very least you can do is keep Jorja -- at least she showed up.
I really can't understand the decision that CBS made, considering all the money they are making on that show one would think that they would do about anything to keep their actors happy. I think it's a bad move on their part and I don't think that these kind of actions on their part will improve the willingness of William Petersen to stay on the show. I sure can say that if Jorja Fox and George Eads don't come back that's it for me. No more CSI.
I really hope that this comes as a surprise to the TPTB as the news of the firings came as a surprise to me. Only one way to make all this craziness stop is to hire them back and hire them back now.
CBS cannot possibly believe that they can just hack people off the show. Even though they just did, but this fact remains: viewers brought them their Emmy nominations, and viewers can sink them.

I think that CBS has made a hasty "knee-jerk" reaction based decision that will lead to the loss of viewers and the eventual cancellation of the show. CBS is putting too much faith in CSI: New York. I would hope that CBS will resolve this issue for the sake of the fans and the show!
Please, reconsider your decision about jorja and geore. The show has built such a fan standing and the cast just cant be changed. So they asked for more money, what actor doesnt? I have been a devoted csi watcher from the begining and I feel you should be devoted to your fans! Please bring them both back, and realize without them the show is incomplete. No replacement actors could do the show justice! I totally support Jorga and George and you all should too!
You don't fire two of the main actors in a number 1 rated show without some hint at negotiation. Get everyone back to the table and work this out before it's too late.

I think this is utterly appalling. The only reason I stuck with this show through the abysmal writing in Season 4 is in the hope of catching a brief glimpse of the only character to show any consistent growth throughout the show - Nick. And now this. Needless to say, not only will I not be tuning in for Season 5 when it airs, but it's helped to decide me not to spend any more of my hard earned cash buying the Season 4 DVDs. Or anything else CSI related for that matter.
I watch CSI because of WP and JF. Without JF there will be no more CSI for me. I also will no longer watch other CBS shows for their actions of firing two central characters.
CSI is much different from CSI miami. horatio has all those corny one liners while CSI knows what they're doing. firing jorja and george has to be the most idiotic move you have ever done. if you want to do something smart change the way horoatio talks and walks aroundd like he's the ****!

I'm stunned with the lack of loyalty CBS has shown two solid actors. I will not be watching any CBS show if they don't correct this mistake. I will also not be buying any more CSI book, computer games, or DVD sets. Please bring back JF and GE!

Jorja turned up for work, I don't see how she broke her contract at all. Even firing George seems a bit harsh, but firing Jorja is totally outrageous. Bring her back, even if you have to get down on your knees and beg her to accept her old job back.
