If you dont have tabs, you can't learn to play. Thus, you will end up
NEVER buying the actual sheet music! |

I think this ban is ridiculous. What's the difference between someone
learning a song and then teaching someone else, and someone posting
tablature to teach thousands more? Millions of guitarists learn to play
guitar from tabs, and not everyone has the means to go to school and learn
music theory or buy over priced tablature books at guitar center. Sharing
is caring. We shall overcome. |

Tabs are just gift from musicians to other musicians, it's a simple way
to learn our favorite songs and faster than to go spend almost $20 on a tab
book. Professional musicians should be happy that kids learn their songs
with the internet tabs... I find it absurd that copyright laws are
applicable on this... |

Kaiser is an id@#t:
the artists work to sell their albums, but they dont expect winning any
money from musicians trying to learn one of their songs! learining da
artist's tab means you like the group and its songs so youll probably
go and buy the album. thats not stealing anything from anyone, in fact that
may help them! |

1st, free tabs are not copys from tab books or whatever, it's just some
people who decide to give they're interpretation of a song for free,
anyone can give anything for free if he wants, as long as it is'nt
something that is copied from copyrighted material. Those guys who do tabs
just listen to the song, write down what they think it is, and give it for
free. So all i have to say is F**K YOU lauren kaiser |

more musicians to learn how to play songs. |

Musicians need tabs! If they're taken away it'll deny the world of

Tablature is a great way to learn to play songs if someone does not have
alot of knowledge about playing the instrument( chords, rhythm of playing,
etc.)It makes playing the song alot easier but calling it "copyright
infringement" is completely insane. Just because we want to play, or
learn to play the songs, does not make it stealing it! |

Tabs are written by people for people and they credit the author and
everything so it isn't plagiarism they aren't getting paid so
it's a way of communicating the way to play the music because it's
hard to learn Stairway to Heaven by ear. |
