In 2002 Talking Heads were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They made it in on their first try. 2002 was also 25 years after their first album was released. This would have been the perfect time for Rhino Records to remaster the entire Talking Heads catalog to acknowledge both these achievements. That did not happen. In 2004 all we got was a 3 disc box set.
Talking Heads are one of the most important, and underappreciated, American bands. Yet, their cd catalog has been forgotten. Please remaster all the albums, and let their live album 'The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads' finally see the light of day on cd.
