We, the undersigned, are writing in support of the legalization of body art in the county of Forsyth, Georgia.

This would include an amendment to the Forsyth County Adult Entertainment ordinance, which currently reads:

"SECTION 2 – DEFINITIONS...
Adult entertainment establishment shall be defined to include the following types of business:...
(8) Any business or commercial establishment where any worker engages in the physical manipulation, washing, scrubbing, stroking or touching, for commercial or pecuniary gain, of another’s body, directly or indirectly, using any body part, object, instrument, substance or device. The following are specifically exempted from this paragraph:...
g. A person performing ear-piercing services;"

We ask that you represent us by supporting the proposed changes to Section 2-8-G:
1.) Add "tattoo artist or" before person
2.) Change ear-piercing to "body-piercing"

We the undersigned ask Forsyth County Board of Commissioners to legalize tattooing and piercing in Forsyth County, Georgia.
